University.
There is a university orientation today, before the semester starts.
I have just graduated from my driving school a few months ago and so, I drove to the university on my own. While searching for a parking space around the parking area, I passed by a boy. He looks familiar.
I am greeted by the University Council as I enter the hall, where chairs are arranged for the new students to sit. There is a stage right in front of the hall, and a door to the Male and Female toilets on the left.
A staff member is giving us a presentation on the rules and regulations of the university. I read and listen well to the presentation. After it ends, the faculty members bring us, the new students, around to show us the university.
I have decided to take a Business degree. The Business students are taken around the Business Faculty. Standing just three metres away is the boy that I saw at the parking lot. I see that he also majors in Business. What a coincidence! I guess he has noticed that I have been staring at him for a few good seconds. He's looking right back at me. He has blonde hair and hazel eyes. He seems to be around 5 ft 8. That's kind of tall for a male.
I smile and turn to look at the lecture hall as the faculty member directs us to it.

There is a lecture today. Peter Grand is sitting in the front row. He's the boy who I saw during orientation. He and I are friends. What do you know? Sometimes, he talks to me about the details of the lecture after it ends.
"Hi, Jennifer," Peter greets me.
I answer, "Hi, Peter!"
"What do you think about Dr. Harrison's lecture? It seemed a little confusing to me."
"Oh. Just a little. Do you need help with it? I took down the notes," I tell him.
"It's okay. I wrote down some too. Only I can understand them," he laughs.
I follow.
After knowing him for a year, I notice that Peter is a nice guy. Although Lucas Kennedy is different, he kind of reminds me of him. I guess they are both smart people, that's why.

A year passes again and I am in my third year of university, second semester.
I am viewing WeVid at the moment. I stumble across a video where a WeVid singer is making covers of recent trending songs. His name is Matt Samsons. He is quite popular on the website. He has a medium length brunette hair and grey eyes. He has a soothing voice and viewers or you can say, listeners, describe his voice as mature and smooth. I really love his covers.
I am listening to his song cover of 'Fly Me To The Moon' by Frank Sinatra.
I scroll down to write a comment.
"I love your rendition of Fly Me To The Moon! It's great!" I type.

In the next video, Matt Samsons mentions the names of some of the commenters and I hear my username. He thanks us in his video.
I'm so happy that I want to write another comment but my mother calls me to go out for dinner at D.Pastaria. I love pizzas, especially the Tuna Chilli Pizza that they serve.
In the next month, Matt Samsons announces that he has a girlfriend. I feel sad. I really liked him. I regret not commenting right after he talked to us in his video.

Another year passes and graduation approaches. An old classmate of mine is getting married and I'm invited to the wedding.
I picked a pink dress to wear. I see someone standing next to the groom.
Lucas Kennedy.
Oh, how I've missed him.
"Hi, Lucas!" I say, excitedly.
He smiles. "Hi, Jennifer! How are you?"
"I'm well. What about you?" I ask, a big grin on my face.
"I'm doing great. I'm still with Bella, by the way."
"Oh. I see. How is she?" I ask.
He looks away for a second. "She's fine too, I guess."
After all these years, Lucas Kennedy is still with Bella Granger. How sweet.
The bride of the day walks through the main entrance as the music plays. She looks beautiful. I hope one day I can also find a good husband.

"I'm asking you out today," someone texts.
I smile.
It's him.
Lucas Kennedy.
