Luna By Force

Reading books on what humans used to call vampires is…. Ridiculous. But that's the task Atticus left me with while he went to check on the Luna Noelle. I tapped my pen at the glass wall. We had a brainless and one of those mistakes stay together, and I kid you not, the brainless hasn't moved an inch to eat the mistake. Or the specimen of project vampire- named by Atticus. I don't bother arguing with him.

Things will go by smoother if I just listen to him, sometimes. Fucking him on a desk in front of these things wasn't intentional but I needed my fill after years of him ignoring me.

The bloodthirsty creature seemed to fear the brainless while the brainless was just disgusted by it.

I think that makes a lot of sense. Undead creatures like the brainless' prefer to feed off fresh flesh. With the blood still in it. They don't eat the dead bodies they see on the streets. For those they just dig out the bones and eat that instead.
