Bite Mark???

Julia's POV

"Gurl what the heck is going on, I'm tired. I told you I need to sleep,"

"I wonder why hoe," I pointed at the bite mark on her neck. "Care to explain?" My eyes narrowed as I gave her the death stare.

"Crap, I forgot about that,"

"HUH, forgot??!"

"Look look, I'll explain."

I sat beside Lia and we began staring in the guys direction. "We are perfectly fine, sorry for the screaming."

"It's fine we guess. Micheal said while shaking his head but, yea I better get going."

Lee mumbled aware of his dirty actions towards my best friend, of course I knew what was on her neck and what it meant. But I wanted to tease her and Lee.

"What's that Lee? I couldn't hear you completely," I poked my lips out.

"Oh oh um I was just sayin that um. . .I gotta go."

Micheal came over to give me a kiss and I rushed it, trying to get the answers out of Lia.

"Alright babe love you too" I shoved him out the door and slammed it. Sighing against the rough surface of the door. Walking back over to Lia I began to question her, "so speak"

I folded my arms, "well uh you see, while you and Micheal were on a date we decided our version of a chill date would be Netflix and chill"

"Oh really??" She looked away, covering the mark up, "mhm, that's what happened"

She kept it covered after I had already seen it and barely looked in my eyes. "Lia, look at me" She looked at my eyes for less than 2 seconds and fell to the ground. I hurriedly rushed down to help my best friend until she burst out laughing in my face. I looked at her and backed up, "I'm tryna see what's funny, cuz I'm not laughing?"

"Julia stop being so overprotective it was joke!" I watched as the door slammed against the wall and Lee appeared yelling "you've been pranked!" with his arms held up high.

I gasped and began to laugh right along with them. "You guys do too much!"

She had been in the bathroom to wet a rag and returned to demonstrate how she could easily wipe off the bite mark. "Erm when did you learn to do makeup??"

"Well one of the villagers volunteered to help us after we bought a bunch of clothes from her store," I ran my hands through my hair and exhaled. "She's a real one then! We'll get along just fine."

"That's what I said" Lia expressed.

I called out for Micheal, "did you know about this prank?"

"Uh not more than 10 minutes ago, Lee just told me about it cuz I was lowkey curious too but I said lemme let y'all do y'all"

"Oh mk, I wouldn't be mad. . .maybe. I just think it's too soon to be marking, even though we all know we're destined to be together for life if we find our mates. I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting?"

Lia didn't say anything, she simply looked at me and nodded. Not verbally agreeing which means she didn't completely agree with my opinion.

Lee and Lia looked at each other and laughed.

I gasped "guys you can't be serious"

"I mean it's not like mundane relationships, we know for a fact we'll be together forever."

"You have a point. . .Micheal do you agree?"

"Uh to a certain extent yea, why wait if you know for sure that person isn't going anywhere," he said as he stared me up and down.

"Ooookay moving on!"

"Yea for your sake," he mumbled.

"Micheal hush," I said as I rolled my eyes.

"Yes ma'am," he walked out with disappointed puppy eyes.

"But anyways so- our day was nice as well. We honestly just chilled here like I told you, instead of the biting session."

"Right right," I nodded my head, assuring her I was listening.

"Right after y'all let I went out to get us some food from the village and he stayed here. For some reason he kept on insisting that he'd stay here for something so I just left it alone. I was hungry anyways and you know I'm not gone wait to eat."

"Oh trust me, I know bestie," I started giggling.

She started giggling with me, "Well yea, I went out and stopped at the nearest shop, it was called VS (villagers market). It was pretty aesthetic from the outside of the shop. That's really why I chose it."

"Not surprised, I went to that shop to," we looked at each other and shook our heads.

"We really are besties huh?"

"Well yea, since the beginning of high school" I said.

"Dang it's crazy, we gotta go back once this summer over."

"Well I don't know if that's possible given our relationship status Lia."

"You not wrong, and I doubt our wolfies would let us put their sight."

"Exactly, but soon I wanna get out. Transform and run around. My wolf has been on my tail about running wild."

"I just don't think either of them understands the dangers, we got kidnapped the last time we snuck out or tried to have fun. We can't Julia. ."

"I understand Lia, it's just I hate feeling limited. It's all I'm used to, I know you understand. You couldn't even talk to Lee and he's you're mate. I don't mean to sound selfish."

"Nu nu" I understand. "It's okay Julia, I completely understand. You wouldn't have found your mate if it wasn't for me convincing your mom to let you go out with me. So trust me I know."

"Awl, and I will always be grateful for that reason as well." I felt tears forming in my eyes.

"Don't cry Julia," I started laughing and hugged her.

"You right, you should be the one crying. You the emotional one out of both of us," I turned around, breaking my neck to look around the room with a bent finger over my mouth.

"Erm excuse you miss gurl," we both started burst out laughing.
