Crazy, just sick that's all

Ava and the rest walked in on the drama after hearing all the noise, "What's going on here?" Ava asked.

Ayato stood his ground, placing his hands in front of his mouth as he stared at them, 'How did I end up in enemy territory?, Damn it,I'm surrounded' Ayato thought to himself as more soldiers drew in.

"It's Ayato, for some reason, he thinks we are the enemy and only seems to view Annie as an ally," Armin said, Ava could see the panicking look on his face.

"What did you do?" Mikasa yelled, giving Annie the death stare.

"I didn't do a thing, I am just as surprised as you are" Annie uttered.

Ayato slowly looked behind his back to get a view of Annie, "You know these guys? Are you working with them?" Ayato asked, before slowly stepping away from her.

Annie hesitated to speak as she watched Mikasa stare her to death, "Ayato, there's something wrong with you, these people are not your enemy" She uttered.

"You are working with them, why would you-" Ayato suddenly felt a huge headache, and he fell to the ground before lying flat.

He started laughing, "That's it, I'll kill every last titan, rip them to shreds, one by one!" He yelled while still acting crazy.

"Ayato you have to snap out of it" Eren uttered, he wanted to walk over to him but Levi held him back.

"Aya Aya Captain, I'll go make sure Carla is safe….. we don't have to kill her… I just need her powers' ' Ayato uttered, changing his emotion with each statement.

Ayato's expression suddenly changed, he knelt down before screaming while placing his hands on his head, "I don't wanna die, I don't wanna die" He stopped and stood to his feet while looking at Mikasa.

"I told you didn't I, I'll always protect you" he uttered, stretching his hands out to Mikasa while giving a warm smile,

Then his expression changed again "What the hell are you so afraid of, you've never seen a titan before, shut the hell up and put your faith in me!" Ayato yelled before falling to the ground again and this time he went unconscious.

Mikasa quickly ran to his side, placing her ear on her chest to make sure that he was still alive, tears were almost falling from her eyes as she struggled to pull Ayato away from the ground.

All the soldiers were mumming as they scattered to get ready for departure.

'I've heard him say those words before, Is he? In a trance?' Armin thought to himself.

"This isn't good, is he going crazy?" Levi asked.

He was expecting to get a response from Ava, but when he turned to look at her, her eyes were fixated on Ayato, while her face held so much anger.

Levi sighed before storming off.

They had all gotten ready to head to Trost, they took five carriers in total, and a couple of horses, since there weren't enough horses to go around.

Their mission was to head to Trost and free whoever was still under the bridge before heading to Shiganshina with the backup and Hange.

They journeyed to Trost and arrived at the headquarters that Commander Pixies had set for them.

"The equipment, Odm gears, and horses you need are all at headquarters" Rico uttered, looking at Ayato who Eren had on his shoulder.

"Understood," Levi uttered.

Rico turned to see the look on Mikasa's face, "is everything alright with your squad, Captain?".

"They're all fine, just exhausted and probably hungry."

Reiner, using his ODM gear, landed on a wall that had the gate splitting Trost from Shiganshina; he fell to his back in exhaustion.

He had been running from the Garrisons looking for him Around Trost, the news was to capture Reiner, Annie, and Bertholdt.

"Just you? Where are Annie and Bertolt?" Treis Asked.

"We failed the mission, they have both Annie and Bertholdt with them" Riener yelled.

"I see, I'm not sure Sato would be pleased to hear that" Tries uttered.

"His plan was flawed from the start, we never anticipated that there would be two titan shifters and a freaking strong one at that" Riener said.

"Oh the lightning one, yeah I've met him"

"What? When?"

"Anne took him in though, I thought he was already out of the picture"

"Well he's not, and unless we do something about him, he's going to ruin everything" Reiner yelled.

"I guess we have no choice then, Sato did say they would come to the seller, guess we'll just have to wait" Tries said.

"Why wait? Let's just go in there and check out what the secret is ourselves" Reiner uttered.

"Trust me I've searched, but whatever is in there has been hidden well, it's almost annoying".

Ayato woke up from the bed and found Mikasa sleeping next to him, he was still feeling the headache so he held his head while trying to calm himself down.

"I see, you're awake" Annie uttered, sitting in the window space.

"What happened?" Ayato asked.

"You went rogue and clung to me," She said in a fast manner.

"I'm sorry, I did what?"

Ava burst into the room, "Okay enough chit chat it's time to move" She yelled.

Mikasa opened her eyes to see Ayato was sitting upright beside her, he gave him a hug, "Don't scare me like that again" She uttered.

"Uhm… Mikasa? Your…" Ayato's face was beet red as he could feel Mikasa's boobs pushing against his chest.

They all went out, each carrying their Odm gear and wearing their equipment, they lined up as they got ready to begin their mission.

"Okay, I'm going to split you up into groups, while some of you will follow Annie to recover the unknown individual trapped under that bridge, the rest will run a scouting mission with me to get a scoop of Shiganshina, Are we clear?" Levi yelled

They all began moving their stuff and arming themselves with their weapons.

'Let's get this over with' Ayato thought to himself.
