What is Louise doing here? Axel wants to dig a hole to hide in. So embarrassing!
He curses her inside his head, praying she steps on poo or something. Axel wants to shout expletives, but the teacher is here, and he has an image to maintain, unlike Louise.
The teacher lectures him about the destroyed door — it’s school property.
“Sir-” Harrison cuts him off.
Harrison continues his rant, “Do you think you can get away with this? Not on my watch!”
This brat thinks he can just brush this off because he’s a bit handsome, intelligent, and has an excellent reputation. No way! Harrison’s enormous stomach moves up and down as saliva splutters from his mouth, moving like a machine gun.
Axel takes a deep breath, trying to control his anger. He thought, “This teacher is envious of students who have good appearance because he’s still unmarried but is already balding.”
He clenches his fist, vowing that he’ll avenge this humiliation. Louise will pay for this!
Axel can’t take it anymore and says, “Sir, I don’t mean to be rude, but can you let me go now? Don’t you think there’s no point in lecturing me about this?.”
“What?” Harrison’s face reddens in anger.
“The school receives so much money from my family every year. It’s even more than enough to make a few more buildings. Surely, you won’t fuss because of a door?” He doesn’t want to use his family name, but he wants to leave immediately.
Axel steps away from the raging bull—Harrison. His face is so red, and it’s like smoke will come out of his nose any moment now.
Axel’s father donates a lot of money, millions per year. Why is he fussing over a door? Axel frowns. It’s not even him who destroyed it!
Alpha International is one of the most prestigious schools in the country, and they only accept the cream of the crop.
By the way, how was Louise admitted? Did her family use their connections? He frowns, pondering over it. He’s well aware of her academic results.
The Archer family is comparable to his family. However, his family is still a notch higher because of their deep connections in the political and military world. Also, they have a deep ancestry connecting them to royalty.
Axel’s the grandson of Sen. Wilmore Shin on his mother’s side. His father is in politics, and his grandfather on his father’s side was in the military—William Rossi—a retired general but still kept his power.
In addition, his mother is the heiress of Skylane Group of Companies, one of the biggest companies in the world. Their businesses include aviation, hotels, restaurants, malls, and hospitals.
His mother, Layla Shin, a Rossi now, is a doting mother. Axel was born with a diamond spoon in his mouth. The Rossi family donates to the school, so he thinks it shouldn’t be a big deal. Harrison didn’t even ask what happened here!
Harrison doesn’t like him. Likewise. Does he think I don’t know about his “dark hobbies”?
“You… you…” the teacher stutters. Axel politely bows and leaves without turning back. His priority right now is to avenge himself.
And the perfect idea pops into his head. He grins, whistling to himself.

Ugly...
Barbaric...
Boorish...
Loudmouth...
Axel insults Louise in his head. He really wants to say these words to her face. His eyes roam around the cafeteria, waiting for her to come in. Minutes later, she walks in as if she owns the school.
Most students avoid her like the plague. They must have heard of the argument.
She sits alone at a corner table. Then, she leaves and grabs her food from the counter. It seems her classmates don’t want to be friends with her.
Axel frowns at this, but his lips curl into a sneer. Serves her right to go against him. This outcome satisfies him. If she continues to go against him, her life will be a living hell in this school.
He grins and saunters to her table while she gets her food. She doesn’t notice him. When he comes back to his seat, Jordan grabs him.
“What are you doing, dude?”
Alex brushes off Jordan’s hand, looking at him suspiciously. Why is he so concerned? But he brushes off this suspicion and replies, “It’s payback time.”
Louise is none the wiser about the destruction of her social life.
“Was that…?” Jordan questions.
“Just watch,” Alex says as his group of friends watches Louise return to her table and sit.
“1…2…3….” He whispers, excitement leaking into his voice. Axel rubs his hands, grinning like a fool.
“Prrrttttt….” A loud fart sound echoes in the whole cafeteria. Louise jumps away from her chair, but it’s too late.
*****************************
“Oh, my God. Is that...what it is? That brown thing? She pooped?!” the cheerleader’s shrill voice echoes in the cafeteria. Axel stifles his laughter, but he still bursts out. The others are laughing hard, too.
He dipped a small farting toy in peanut butter. Louise really didn’t poop, but it looks like one.
“That’s harsh,” Jordan comments, and Axel glares at him.
What a party pooper! He thought. “You played worse pranks than this,” he states.
“Hey, bro, the poop girl is coming this way,” Anton says. Axel glances in Louise’s direction and sees her rushing toward him like a bull seeing red.
He teases her, “What do you think about my welcome gift? You didn’t tell me you’ll be studying here. If you did, I would have prepared a more elaborate surprise.”
“You’re such a kid,” Jordan murmurs beside me. Axel stares at him intently. Jordan’s getting on his nerves!
But he doesn’t plan on doing anything to him now. He turns to Louise, satisfied at her red face and her body trembling in anger.
If eyes can kill, he would have died thousand times over.
“Your gift?” she gasps in anger. “I don’t think it looks good on me, so… I’m returning it to its rightful owner.” Louise moves fast, leaving him no time to dodge. She swipes the peanut butter on his face.
Louise grins like a wildcat as she raises her claws in retaliation.
“Mother of—” Axel stands up and wipes his face with the napkin, but it only spreads the butter. The others laugh harder, and a few students take videos.
“Oh my God!” the cheerleaders exclaim in unison as if they’re performing in a choir. Shit, he shouldn’t have forgotten that there are always problems whenever they meet.
The idea of his face in the forum covered by “poop” makes him horrified. Who cares if it’s fake?
“You’re one crazy bitch!” he snaps in humiliation.
Louise rolls her eyes and raises her chin. Then, she raises her arms in front of her face in a boxing stance.
“Come on. Do it!” Louise taunts.
“Louise Archer!” he screams.
“Dirty monkey!”
“Amazonian!”
“Pile of shitface!”
“Idiot!”
Their shouting session attracts a bigger crowd.
Jordan interferes, “Um… excuse me…”
“What?” they both say at the same time.
Jordan looks at them back and forth. “It seems you’re really close.”
“What close friends?!” Louise growls.
“There’s no way,” Axel adds. Never.
“We’re enemies…” Louise raises her thumb and makes a slit motion on her throat, staring at Axel.
“We’re never ever getting along,” Axel adds, agreeing.
“It seems we finally agree on something,” Louise says before jumping on him. “But it doesn’t mean I’ll forgive you for what you did!”
“It’s on!” Louise punches him in the face.
“Louise!” Axel screams as he defends himself. The crowd cheers.
Axel pushes her away. He’s not one to hurt women.
Axel’s group of friends pulls her away. But she makes more fuss, kicking and punching anyone her hands can reach.
Axel rubs his face, sure that she left a mark on his face. Out of the blue, a girl comes rushing to Louise, screaming at the top of her lungs. The girl grabs Louise’s hair, and other girls join in.
“Ugh, what the hell is wrong with you?” Louise asks, covering her face.
“Ugly bitch!” the girl —Brianna—grabs a handful of Louise’s hair.
The cheers grow louder. “Fight! Fight!”
“Ouch,” Louise shouts in pain, and it wakes Axel from his stupor. He moves fast and pulls Louise away from the crowd. Everybody stops.
Axel’s eyes roam all over her, checking if she got hurt. There are a few scratches. His heart itches for an unknown reason, and he instantly finds Brianna annoying.
After noticing that things don’t seem to go her way, Brianna steps forward. “She deserves it.”
“Brianna… no one else can bully Louise but me,” Alex declares. “You don’t have the right to bully her. Let’s break up, Brianna.”
Alex pushes Brianna away then he leads Louise to the exit.
“Why do you have a girlfriend like that?”
“She’s nothing to me.”
“Good,” Louise giggles.
Axel frowns as he recalls something. “How come you can’t even protect yourself, huh? Where’s your courage now?”
“Ugh, shut up! This is your fault! Why did you have a girlfriend like that?! What poor taste!”
“Are you jealous?” he asks.
“No way!” she screams. “Not gonna happen in this lifetime.”
Alex laughs. This is naturally better.
The two of them never really imagined that this day would be the start of their entanglement for a long, long time.
