Chapter Four: Story From The Past part III

Evelyn sat in front of the book with a questioning look in her eyes "what story?"

" it's about the Xienines a long time ago before the reign of The great queen Amasté there was a thriving undersea race....

The Xienines where a peaceful race their lands ( waters ) used to be referred to as a utopian society , they were a haughty race even more so than dragons ,but they were not always from the seas , a long time ago when gods roamed the lower planes there was a sort of power struggle between the gods they had ranks from the lord god who was the highest and any little god titled a god or sometimes referred to as small or secondary gods . back then there was a great goddess of light and also a great god of darkness the goddess of light was widely respected and the had billions of followers but the god of darkness in great contrast had very few worshippers and those few have always been dragged out to be killed as heretics as the god of darkness was referred to as a curse unfortunately those persons remained remarkably firm in their beliefs there by 'polluting' the minds of the goddesses many followers as time went in the god of darkness ended up having more loyal followers than the goddess.

Even in gods as perfect as they might seem especially the ever righteous goddess of light jealousy exist.... both out of envy and fear of the growing support for the god of darkness fearing she would lose her prestige in the eyes of mortals the goddess personally went down to provide an edict to her followers saying the heretics had all got to be slain , her crazed followers took it as a game every day a few worshippers of the great god of darkness were executed .

the faith of those followers were strangely strong they stubbornly kept worshiping their god , the god of darkness unhappy seeing his followers perish made a horrible decision he destroyed the palace of the goddess of light killing a few of her angels and corrupting the spring of light . Angered the goddess colluded with the god of dreams and the god of greed (he is just an extremely high powered devil) , she gathered up the scant remaining followers of the god of darkness and massacred them .... this was the last straw for the god he broke the rules of the upper planes and resurrected his dead followers at that point the lord god (also known as the father god) had to interrupt this seemingly small quarrel between god because he broke the rules the great god of darkness was demoted to a mere god , unwilling he put forth the misdeeds of the goddess the mother god saw things won't end well asked that the father god promoted and changed the rank of god of darkness ...from then on he was known as the the great god of order as for the goddess she pushed out the insignificant god of greed as a scape goat (poor thing) .

Sadly that was not the end the small followers had all aquired a small amount of the god's god head as majority of them became Demi gods the mother god decided to 'relocate' ( I'd call that banishment or even imprisonment) them to the deep sea as that way they would not disturb the natural balance of the world , after all it's only fish down there and knowing that the god of order may go ballistic if she eliminated them . making a high sounding excuse that the god of order and the goddess of light joined hands together to fight off the renegade god of greed and removed his god core and that the gods needed them to guard the god core as it could not be destroyed (gods cannot lose face remember that←(>▽<)ﾉ). after many years those little followers were known as Xienines (meaning the gods children)
