Time for a Change in the Wizarding World!—Ivan-Hals Language.

"You will regret this!"

Knowing that he was no match for Ivan and Dobby, and that they were in front of the Headmaster's office, Lucius Malfoy gritted his teeth, flung his robes about, and left.

Ivan frowned at Lucius's words and spoke to his back meaningfully.

"Mr Malfoy, I would like you to think before you do anything, such as thinking about your son Draco at Hogwarts…"

Lucius Malfoy's back jerked as he caught Ivan's hidden meaning, and he turned to glare at him for a moment, then hurried away from Ivan.

After threatening Lucius with Draco Malfoy, Ivan shook his head.

He had always found it difficult to understand why Lucius would place a Horcrux in Ginny's possession and have her take it to Hogwarts.

This could be used to put down the Weasleys, his mortal enemies, but his son Draco was also in school!

Isn't Lucius worried about implicating Draco? The basilisk's eyes don't care if you're a pure-blood wizard or not, you'll die if you see them…

Even if Lucius did not know that Tom would release the basilisk, the Horcrux was still something given to him by the Dark Lord, and was extremely dangerous. Draco was in danger of being caught while he was still inside Hogwarts.

Lucius still cared deeply about his son Draco…

Unable to figure it out, Ivan ignored it for the moment and focused on Dobby.

"Thank you, sir! You have freed Dobby!" Dobby's eyes shone with tears of excitement.

Dobby expected to be brought back to Malfoy's Manor to be brutally punished, or beheaded for acting on his own accord, but Ivan intervened.

"You are as great in Dobby's mind as Harry Potter!" Dobby screamed.

Ivan rolled his eyes, but understood Harry's importance to Dobby.

Otherwise Dobby would not have come to Hogwarts to "help" Harry, knowing that he would be punished severely for his actions…

"What are your plans once you're free, Dobby?" Ivan asked as he crouched down and looked at the house-elf.

"Do you wish to be Dobby's new master, Mr. Harls?" Dobby fluttered his long ears and stared at Ivan.

"Let's put it another way. How about I hire you and you work for me?" Yvonne knew that Dobby was a house-elf looking for freedom.

Though he could blackmail his way into becoming Dobby's new master, it would have some unpleasant consequences, and Ivan did not want to be a second Lucius.

"Ivan Hals is offering Dobby a job? My God, is that really what you want, sir?" Dobby's eyes widened in surprise.

"Of course! As for wages…" Ivan suggested after a moment's thought, as Dobby from the original dimension seemed reluctant to accept normal wages.

"How about a gold Galleon a week?"

"That's too much! All Dobby needs is a silver Sickle—no, a Bronze Knut…"

Dobby was horrified, and Ivan was content enough to pay him, rather than accept a gallon.

After much persuasion, Ivan gave up.

He did, however, transfer Dobby's salary to a silver Sickle a week, as Dobby had initially suggested.

After all, house-elves had to eat, and they couldn't eat in the kitchens of Hogwarts every day.

After Ivan and Dobby confirmed their employment, the system prompt sounded again.

[Mission: New mission activated!]

Ivan was stunned. He opened the system's taskbar and saw another message.

[Mission Objective: Set up an army of house-elves

Current Task Progress: 1/50

Task Reward: Three Legendary Points

Task description: After successfully freeing the first house-elf, you have learnt the true potential of this magical creature!

You see the need for a loyal, all-house-elf army, which will help your ambitions!

Remarks: A new era is approaching, and it is time for the wizarding world to change! —Ivan-Hals."

No, you don't talk nonsense, I don't want change!

Ivan was rather speechless.

He felt that this system should simply be called the Dark Lord Breeding System. The few large missions he had were either for him to subdue werewolves or for him to form a team of house-elves. Why would a second-year wizard like him do such a thing?

Fortunately, the system's missions were never mandatory, so Ivan immediately forgot about this nonsensical mission along with the mission to Unify Knockturn Alley.

Although the mission reward was three Legendary points, it was extremely difficult to complete!

In the wizarding world, house-elves are usually enslaved to ancient and wealthy wizarding families, and it is almost impossible to get them to betray their masters and follow you!

After all, house-elves have been enslaved by wizards for thousands of years, and all wizards have generally accepted this rule, even house-elves themselves.

Obedience to their masters was almost ingrained in their genes, and some radical house-elves would even commit suicide in shame after being disowned by their masters!

There are very few other species like Dobby who are willing to vote for someone else!

Other than these, only Hogwarts has a large number of house-elves.

However, this is Dumbledore's territory!

Ivan didn't dare to fool any of the house-elves here into joining him, or he would be dead if one of them snitched on him to Dumbledore.

Besides, Ivan didn't intend to start a revolution in the wizarding world. It would be a death wish!

The last person who did this is still locked up in the Tower of Nurmengard thinking…

Yvonne still felt that it suited her to study and learn magic as she did now.

"What's the matter, sir?" Dobby asked, seeing Ivan's changing expression.

"Nothing. Just thinking," Ivan said, shaking his head. "Oh, and I need you to do something."

Ivan thought of the Acromantula venom he kept in the Room of Requirement, along with other magical ingredients.

He had not been able to find the time to sell and dispose of them, but now that he had Dobby, he no longer needed to do the chores himself.

"Dobby will be at your service now, sir!" said Dobby respectfully, bowing deeply.
