Quick! Record It Down! This Is The Organisation's Programme of Action!

The sudden death of Rhys Nott shocked all the wizards present.

Some people even suspected that Ivan had done something to Reese Nott's body, or that he had crushed some vital organs when he transformed into a giant.

However, these speculations were obviously unfounded. Everyone could see that Reese Nott was very strong and did not show any signs of being poisoned. He looked as if he had seen something terrifying when he died!

So much so that some wizards believed Ivan's actions to be part of some lost ritual that extracts the soul!

Doggett was equally horrified, unable to comprehend how Ivan had managed to kill Rhys Nott.

He'd thought he'd overestimated Ivan as much as he could, but it turned out he knew only the tip of the iceberg…

As the crowd froze in shock and fear, Ivan slowly turned around and looked around the meeting hall.

Everyone present lowered their heads in fear, not daring to meet Ivan's gaze. Even the few wizards who had been arrogantly examining Ivan's every move were now humble.

They feared Ivan's great power and uncanny methods of murder, and none of them wanted to provoke this mysterious young wizard into becoming the next Rhys Nott!

Seeing this, Ivan nodded in satisfaction. It seemed that his display of power had been effective. He had not used so much magic to kill with the snake's eyes in vain. He had even pretended to snap his fingers and used his magic to disturb the flames to distract everyone.

Ivan, however, knew better than to go too far, so he left them alone and turned his attention to the body of Reese Nott.

He couldn't remember reading in a book that when a speech was badly affected, it was usually well received, so Ivan paused and waited for the crowd to calm down before speaking again in a loud voice.

"Everyone, as you have just seen, there is no lack of foolish pure-blood wizards!

They dwell on the so-called blood difference, judging a person's worth by the purity of their blood! Denying our efforts and efforts, believing that half-bloods and Muggles are born to serve pure-bloods like them…"

"But I think it's time to reverse those old ideas!"

Even as he spoke, Ivan quietly cast a Voice-Sound Charm on himself, and his determined voice echoed through the enclosed Great Hall.

A growing number of wizards were deep in thought as they found resonance, remembering the injustice they had been subjected to, and mustering their courage to look once more at Ivan, anticipating his next words.

Ivan did not disappoint them, raising his voice another notch as he scanned the faces that were either agitated or angry.

"I hope that one day all wizards will be treated fairly, whether pure-blood, half-blood, child of a Muggle family, or werewolf!

We will judge a wizard by his level of magic, not by his blood! A wizard's glory should be determined by how many spells he has researched, how many he has modified, and how much he has contributed to the wizarding world today!

Wizards who graduate from Hogwarts do not have to go out of school to do odd jobs as salesgirls or clerical workers… that's not what wizards do!

More people should devote their energy to the study of magic and explore its mysteries!

I was once consulted on the nature of magic, and he searched through the books for an answer, but to no avail, which is the question we seek!"

Ivan's impassioned speech was not only to stir the crowd's emotions, but also to express his deep dissatisfaction and some expectations of the wizarding world!

He always believed that most wizards and witches who mastered magic were engaged in pointless tasks, and that the magic they mastered should have had a greater purpose, and that more people should have devoted themselves to the study of magic!

Wizards should not be confined to the small wizarding world, where limited resources limit their ability to perform. They should go out, face the world, and move on to greater space!

Hearing Ivan's words, Flan and the others standing on either side of him couldn't help but feel excited and intoxicated by the beautiful picture Ivan had painted.

Regardless of blood status, in terms of magic and contribution, even ordinary wizards with outstanding abilities had a chance of being above those noble pure-blood wizards!

It was something they would not have thought possible…

Even the four Dark Wizards who surrendered felt their blood boil.

They were only willing to work for the Notte family for the sake of money. They had no loyalty and even had to work for the law-enforcement officers.

Most importantly, the young wizard in front of him proved with his strength that he was not exaggerating!

Their age of weakness had also transformed into terrifying potential in their hearts!

One had to know that Ivan could kill people with a flick of his finger at the age of thirteen or fourteen, and his strength was enough to crush a group of Dark Wizards. How terrifying would he grow in a few years?
