Dragon!

"No, this spell isn't as powerful as your Cloak of Invisibility. It doesn't make us completely invisible, so you'd better be careful when you need to hide later. Don't make any noise!" Ivan explained.

Although the Disillusionment Charm had the same effect as the Deathly Hallows Invisibility Cloak, it did not have the same aura-isolation properties as the Cloak, nor did it have much resistance to counter-jinxes.

After years of practice, however, his Disillusionment Charm had become so advanced that Yvonne thought Maxime would not be able to detect it unless Harry gave himself away.

The two of them chatted quietly along the way to confirm each other's location.

After walking across a large meadow, they saw Hagrid's hut in the distance.

Beauxbatons Station was not far from here, and the carriage was brightly lit, with the faint sounds of conversation in the middle of the night.

Harry could not help but hold his breath as he passed by, taking care not to kick any rocks, fearing that he would be discovered, but it was not so bad and they reached Hagrid's Cottage without incident.

Knock knock knock …

Yvonne knocked on the door.

A moment later, the heavy wooden door was flung open and Hagrid's massive head poked out, his eyes scanning the space in front of him.

"Harry, Ivan, is that you?"

"Yes, it's us!" Ivan shouted as he waved his wand to remove the enchantments on himself and Harry.

Harry asked anxiously, "Hagrid, why did you ask us to come over so late?"

"I'll show you something!" Hagrid whispered.

Harry became more and more confused. He didn't understand why he had to look at something at night. Couldn't he do it during the day?

"Anyway, you just come with me!" Hagrid didn't want to explain himself now, so he left the room, looking mysterious and excited.

It was only then that Ivan got a good look at Hagrid's unusual getup.

He was wearing a brand new fur cloak with a large red flower in the buttonhole. His beard, which was originally thick like a steel ball, had also been combed slightly. He looked as if he had been rejuvenated.

"Jesus, Hagrid, where are you going in that get-up? On a date?" Harry asked, looking at Hagrid in the middle of the night, surprised at the man's appearance.

However, he could not imagine Hagrid in love. He was so tall that most people would have been dwarfed by him.

"Well… of course not," Hagrid said defensively, blushing and looking nervous. "We're on business!"

Ivan rolled his eyes, as did Harry's distrustful expression.

Hagrid's skin was as thick as a rock pie, and he stiffly skipped over the subject and said to the two of them, "You follow me invisibly now, and remember, don't make a sound when you see anything, understand?"

Ivan nodded, waved his wand, and disappeared with Harry.

Hagrid recognised this as the effect of the Disillusionment Charm, and assumed that the two of them wanted to save trouble by not wearing the Cloak of Invisibility.

Both men noted that he was heading in the direction of Beauxbatons Station.

As expected, Ivan and Harry followed Hagrid all the way to the giant carriage, where they were met by a group of goblins.

Hagrid gently knocked on the carriage door with his fist, which was as big as a cauldron, with a dull noise that made one sigh at the hardness of the door.

Maxim was soon out of the car.

Apparently, she stayed up half the night waiting for Hagrid.

"Good evening, madam!" Hagrid beamed as he helped Maxim down the golden steps.

Harry, who was invisible at the side, was stunned. He did not expect his joke to be so accurate. Hagrid really was out on a date!

However, Harry had to admit that Hagrid and Maxim were a good match - at least in terms of height.

Yvonne, watching the exchange, agreed that it would not be easy for a half-giant to find a suitable match.

However, through Legilimency, he was able to detect that Maxim's interest in Hagrid was limited, and he probably agreed to this meeting in the middle of the night to get information about the match from Hagrid.

As expected, after a brief conversation, Maxim was able to steer the conversation back to the purpose of the visit, and Hagrid immediately took him to the Forbidden Forest with him.

Avoiding detection, Ivan and Harry followed at a distance.

After walking around the edge of the Forbidden Forest for ten minutes, Harry shivered as the midnight wind swept over him. His patience was wearing thin. He couldn't understand why Hagrid wanted to see him and Ivan in the middle of the night. Was he creating an opportunity for their date?

Harry was wondering if he should go home when he heard Ivan's soft voice in the wind.

"We should be there! Come closer!"

Harry froze, not quite sure how Ivan knew, but then he saw Hagrid and Maxim stop dead in their tracks.

Further away, there was a faint glow of fire, accompanied by a faint noise and shouting, as if someone were holding a bonfire party.

Harry's curiosity was piqued, and he leaned forward, following Ivan's instructions, as the echoes grew louder.

Harry's heart missed a beat when he saw what was going on through a gap in the trees.

A dragon!

Harry's eyes went wide. Less than ten meters away was a large, wooden-flagged enclosure where several ferocious-looking dragons were roaring at the top of their voices, their fiery tongues shooting from their fanged mouths.

There were at least thirty wizards stationed around the site to deal with them, and a team of ten or more wizards were tasked with suppressing one dragon.

Half of them were responsible for creating protective spells to prevent the dragon's breath from causing mass destruction to the enclosure, while the rest were constantly waving their wands, casting all kinds of magical rays on the dragon's scales.

The dragons resisted violently, but their bodies were bound by large chains and they could not move at all. The flames they spat out were easily blocked by the wizards, who could only roar in despair and fall to the ground.
