Was This Also part of Your Plan, Professor?

"But of course!" Ivan replied with a shrug, but didn't point out that this was all speculation.

"Mr. Farrell, did you get a good look at Grindelwald's Horcruxes…?"

"It was a triangular pendant with a circle and vertical line inside, which saints used as a symbol for Grindelwald more than fifty years ago," Farrell recalled.

Ivan and Luna looked at each other. They knew more than Farey, and the strange pattern was not unique to Grindelwald, but represented three Deathly Hallows.

Despite knowing exactly what a Horcrux looked like, Ivan was still troubled. It was clear from their previous mission in France that Grindelwald's Saints all carried similar pendants.

At first, he thought that the Saints only carried these things to increase their sense of identity with each other, but now it seemed that they had an ulterior motive.

"By the way, I saw Grindelwald give the Horcrux to the witch, Alison!" Farrell exclaimed.

Yvonne felt her spirits lift, and she asked him about the incident in detail.

Farrell had no intention of hiding anything from them, telling them everything he knew from the moment he was captured by Grindelwald.

Yvonne and Luna lamented Alison's tragic childhood, which was undoubtedly the result of a Muggle misunderstanding of magical power.

As Conal put it, even though the wizarding world was prepared for the safety of young wizards, some tragedies were inevitable.

This was the reason why Ivan wanted to change the existing system.

"Thank you for the information, Mr. Farrell, which will go a long way toward defeating Grindelwald," Ivan said, indicating that Luna should try to withdraw the power of the Resurrection Stone.

However, before his body disappeared, Ivan asked hesitantly, "Mr. Farrell, do you have any regrets before you die? If it's not too much trouble, I could consider helping you."

Farrell hesitated, then said slowly, "Please tell my wife and children that I will always love them…"

"Understood. I'll pass on the message…" Ivan nodded and watched her body disappear into the void.

Ivan rubbed his chin in thought for a while. Now that the location of the Horcrux was clear, the next step was to find the witch Alison.

"Is there anyone else you'd like to see, Ivan?" Luna asked when Ivan came to.

"I'd like to see Professor Dumbledore next!" Ivan announced solemnly, turning to face the witch.

Although his conflict with Dumbledore was not something that could be divulged to outsiders, there was one thing that he needed to confirm.

Luna didn't ask any questions. She turned the Resurrection Stone three times, silently reciting the Headmaster's name.

An illusory figure soon appeared in front of them.

Dumbledore's appearance was exactly the same as Farey's, his body semi-illusionary, but the difference was that after being summoned, the old Headmaster was very calm, his blue eyes resting briefly on Ivan before turning to the diamond-shaped crystal in the witch's hand.

"The Resurrection Stone…" Dumbledore sighed slowly. "It seems you have found a way to use it…"

"So, why did you bring me here, Harls?" Dumbledore asked Ivan slowly.

"It's about Grindelwald, of course!" Ivan's tone turned cold. "He escaped Newmond months ago, causing untold casualties, and is gathering forces around the world to wage a new war."

Ivan's eyes were fixed on Dumbledore as he spoke, as if trying to read his reaction.

Dumbledore's face remained calm, and he spoke slowly. "I regret that he seems to have chosen a path that neither of us wished to follow."

"So, was that part of your plan, Professor?" Ivan persisted. "You deliberately lost the duel to me, gave the Elder Wand to Professor Snape in advance to help Harry destroy the rest of the Horcruxes, lured Voldemort to Newmond, and freed Grindelwald. What were you planning?"

In the face of Ivan's barrage of questions, Dumbledore raised his eyebrows and replied calmly, "I'm afraid you overestimate me, Hulse. No one has ever been in control… not Death, not even me…"

"Your rate of growth, for example, is often the most surprising to me." Dumbledore looked at Ivan with interest.

The question implied that Ivan did not have the memories he had deliberately left in the Headmaster's office.

This also suggests that Ivan may have the upper hand in his confrontation with Grindelwald.

This was completely unexpected…

Ivan rubbed his nose. With the help of the system, he was certainly becoming stronger at an alarming rate, but he was not going to be fooled by Dumbledore, so he wanted to continue questioning him.

Before he could speak, however, Dumbledore cut to the chase. "If you really want to know all of this, you might as well go to the Headmaster's office, where there should be some answers for you…"

"What answer? Did you leave anything there?" Yvonne was baffled. After Dumbledore's death, she had searched the Headmaster's office and found nothing.

Dumbledore merely smiled and did not reply, his illusory form quickly disintegrating.

Ivan frowned and looked back at Luna, who shook her head. She had not withdrawn the power of the Resurrection Stone; Dumbledore had left of his own accord.

"At the very least, you have to tell me where it is…" Ivan shrugged helplessly. He hated half-baked riddles…

Refusing to give up, Ivan asked Luna to try and summon Dumbledore's soul again, but to no avail.

In layman's terms, Dumbledore refused her request for a video call.
