After class, Scarlett went to her locker to keep her books. Tucker could be seen moving closer to her. Even if she tried to avoid him, she couldn't. When he arrived, she forced a smile on her face and turned to face him. "Good morning."


"Good morning to you too, troublemaker." Tucker teased.


"Troublemaker? Oh gosh. I can't believe you right now."


"Everyone in the school knows about the meeting with Principal Peggy. Wow. Nobody could have bet that Scarlett O'Hara, the princess of Georgia High, could be such a troublemaker." He smirked. "Let me guess, you didn't tell your mom about this meeting?"


"I did. I am happy that she said she would come even though the news will be bad. I am…happy that she would show up."


"But what if she doesn't. She made these promises to you before and didn't follow through with her words."


"She will come this time. I am so sure. I can feel it."
