Simon’s mission was to keep killing humans in order to draw the hunter's attention so he could exact his revenge on them for killing his parents. He had no intention of falling in love but now that he has gotten himself a Luna by accident, what will he do? Scarlett found out that her father’s death was not an accident but instead was killed by a werewolf. She joined the pack in order to look for the murderer but as she stayed longer, she discovered some secrets. The man she is mated to isn't what he seems.

"We've got a problem," Mace said. "The rogue reached her before I did," 


"Stay back, Mace. Don't approach him. It won't be good if war breaks out in the human settlement. It will only alert the hunters, and we do not want that." 


Simon sighed. "Return home. We can talk to her another time." 


"But... what if he discloses information to her that he is not supposed to? It's now or never, Simon."


Simon made a small laugh. "Trust me and come back home. Scarlett isn't the kind of girl who will readily accept advice. It will take time before that rogue gets inside her mind." 


"Alright. Whatever you say, Alpha." Mace sighed and made his way outside. 


Luke's ear perked up when he caught a whiff of another werewolf nearby. A black car was leaving when he turned to look out the window. He swung around to face Scarlett. "I think I will take my leave now."
