"Scarlett. Wait." As she stumbled into a pile of leaves, Raven rushed to her. "We have to go back."


Scarlett whirled around to face Raven. "I believe I enjoy being here. You ought to return."


"If you keep running away from reality, it won't do you any good." 


Scarlett scowled. "You mean you? Now I understand why you asked me not to reveal your identity to Simon. Finding Luna Agatha's traitors and having them put to death was your goal the entire time, right? like Simon's Uncle?" 


"I apologize for not telling you. It was in your best interests."


"Why? Because you believe I wouldn't be able to take the reality that you are carrying out all of this as retaliation?"


Raven groaned. "You know. If you don't get up, I'll take control of your body and use it whatever I choose. Is that what you want?"
