Simon placed a cup of water right in front of Lisa. He took his seat and leaned in. "So tell me. What did you find?" He was the one who had sent Lisa on the mission that took two years. He had his reasons for not letting his friend know. He is the Alpha so he should be the one to take care of the problem. 


"It looks like you and I are the only ones who know about him."


"People didn't know about the story that happened years ago. I tried to find people who lived here but it seems like they have forgotten or chose not to even say what they know. Alpha. I don't think Luke is alive." 


Simon sat back with a sigh. "I don't even know if I should believe that." 


"I have a question. Why are you in search of him? It's been years and you are leading us now. This place is peaceful." Lisa drank from her water and placed the glass down on the table. "If he happens to be alive, what will you do? Bring him back here?"
