Scarlett O'Hara lost her father unexpectedly on her birthday. She had no idea about the werewolf world until the night of the red moon when she got attacked in the woods by an animal she had thought was a beast with red eyes. 

The beast bit her and nearly killed her, but for some reason, she survived.

Scarlett’s perfect life began to turn upside down when she turned into a werewolf and met Simon. The Alpha. He was the werewolf who had bitten her on the night of the red moon and transformed her into one of his own. A Theta she-wolf, as well as his luna. 

Simon’s mission was to keep killing humans in order to draw the hunter's attention so he could exact his revenge on them for killing his parents. He had no intention of falling in love but now that he has gotten himself a Luna by accident, what will he do? Not only has he gotten himself a mate but also someone who shares the same strengths as him. 

Scarlett found out that her father’s death was not an accident but instead was killed by a werewolf. She joined the pack in order to look for the murderer but as she stayed longer, she discovered some secrets. The man she is mated to isn't what he seems.

Alpha Simon Rejected Me As His Mate

Scarlett smiled warmly as she stared at the fire. When she heard gasps from the pack, she looked up at the sky. The moon was directly shining on her. 


"It appears that the moon goddess has accepted you, my love. She has always done that." Simon whispered to her. 


"Now. We come together as a group to bless these lovely couples. Alpha and Luna." The council's chairman cast a glance at Simon. "Please go ahead and put that flower crown on her head." 


Simon took the crown and placed it on Scarlett's head. It was a beautiful night, and he'd never expected the entire pack to accept Scarlett without a fight. Simon recalled his conversation with Mace that afternoon, following his lovemaking with Scarlett. He had Mace mindlinked to come over for a chat. When Mace arrived, Simon had left Scarlett, who was sleeping, to meet up with him outside the house. 


"I needed to speak with you about something. It is extremely important, and I require your assistance." Simon had said.
