Yong-Jin

Juniper's wrist was held tightly and securely and could not break free from the strangers hand.

"Excuse me?" Juniper called out to the owner of the hand, but received no reply. "Please... let me go." His voice echoed down the alley. "I don't want any trouble!"

The other person did not answer back or respond to him at all, and after several seconds, Juniper was still being dragged through the dark passageway. As they reached the end of the alley, the other person pushed him up against a wall and pressed himself close to Juniper's side, blocking the only exit. The figure loomed over him then spoke in a stern tone. ''Who is it you are working for?''

"You must be mistaken." Juniper looked down at the ground. His voice cracked like a dry leaf in a storm as he tried to maintain some sort of dignity. "Look... I am just here shopping."

"Is it? then why is it your identity is unclear? No place of origin, no relatives, no parters or affliation to a job or education." The voice demanded.

The voice itself belonged to a man named Yong-jin, who was an intelligence field officer. At this time he was looking for suspicious people within the slums markets relating to a case of production in false identity chips. These chips were used to help not only the military identify enemies of the state and prevent infiltration and terrorism, but provided a whole breakdown of that persons current identity of origin, current address, work, age, name, and more.

This information may not be valuable to the average person but to someone who had the means and money to afford one when they needed to make a criminal offence it was perfect. The most profitable use for these chips, was their ability to impersonate someone, allowing the buyer to become another person's identity.

Juniper shook his head, and his hands were shaking with nervousness, "No... there must be some mistake.''

Yong-jin smiled but no smile reached his eyes, he slightly as he leaned forward and looked down into Juniper's eyes, "You think you're fooling us, don't you?"

"I-I just-" Juniper stuttered as he was trying to explain his communicator beeped and lit up with a message from Ciro asking when he would come over. Juniper glanced at the mans hand still gripping the wrist with the communicator.

Yong-jin looked him up and down. He noticed the other boy was trembling with slight water in his eyes. His fingers tightened around Juniper's arm. 'so thin' he thought to himself, then he remembered something important.

He pulled out the communicator on Junipers wrist.

Yong-jin glanced back to the device. The message read, "Are you heading over yet?'' He went into the device to see any recent contact with anyone suspicious. As he looked through, he came across one name and contact details he recognised. Marshall Maynard.

Yong-jin turned around his dark eyes looked down at Juniper. The boy was so pale and his shoulders were shaking. He looked like he had been bullied, "Marshall... ? You are someone who knows Mr.Maynard?"

Juniper nodded as he continued to shake and his voice became strained. "Yes.''

Yong-jin took his free hand away from Juniper and put it in the pocket of his pants, looking up to the sky as if the clouds thinking for a moment then he looked back at the boy.

''Apologies... it seems ive made a mistake''

The words seemed to ease the tension off Juniper's shoulders as the shaking stopped. The man released Juniper from his grip and he stood up straight again.

Yong-jin lowered his head slightly, he thought perhaps he was too violent and quick to assume. Specially when he looked at the boy before him he was much smaller than himself and a female at that, although females could also commit crimes this person did not seem to carry that sort of aura. "I'm sorry," Yong-jin said as he turned to leave, and he walked back down the alley back towards the market.

The communicator beeped as he walked. Juniper looked at the device and saw Ciro's message read, "You're not coming over? What is going on?"

"Sorry... I had a little incident here and have to head over right away." Juniper sent the message to Ciro as he turned to see the mans large back walking away.
