Jecht nodded, going into the intricacies of the plan with his Alpha before inevitably shifting the subject. The beta said, “You know, Gina is quite the character. The way you look at her, Zaros, is incredibly interesting.”

‘Yeah, we would have kissed, had you not interrupted us,’ Zaros thought to himself, but definitely held his tongue from his Beta. Rather, he gave that deadpan look and a low, annoyed growl. “Don’t start,” he sighed. This only caused a grin to form on Jecht’s face.
