The Radiant Federation was built for the main purpose of managing all kinds of things related to the Blessed Humans of the Holy Cathedral Continent, and the Human Cultivators of the Celestial Dragon Continent.

Although the Officials tried to control it, but, no matter what, the number of Blessed Humans or Human Cultivators that we have from the common general public is still much more than the number of Blessed Humans or Human Cultivators that are from Government or an Official!
So the Officials of both the Continents grew helpless too!
And this keeps going on for weeks!
However, 2 months after the threat of the foreing invaders were gone, to control the ongoing craziness on both Continents, both Continents have finally decided to announce the formation of the organization of Radiant Federation!
It is also said that the members of this organization are all full of the strongest Humans!
Whether they be the Blessed Humans of the Holy Cathedral Continent, or the Human Cultivators of the Celestial Dragon Continent.

And the 16 Minister Seat Holders, 8 for each Continents.

Each and every single one of them are not weaker than the other, rather they all equal in strength, the only reason they are divided is because of the capabilities to manage an organization. That's why, the 2 Main Seat Holders of the Radiant Federation have a recognized managing activity and are chosen and voted upon by all the Seat Holders.

It is also rumoured that the strength of all of them are on the 7th Grade Pathway Creatio Stage Blessed Humans and Human Cultivators at 7th Grade Foundation Building Stage!

In the end, all things went back to their own normal quota. The Federation went and dealt with things and events related to Blessed and Cultivator Humans and also kept watching the Central Continent as well as their respective Continents in case a new Portal emerged.
While the Major management and development were managed and handled by the Temples and Churches at Holy Cathedral Continent, and by the 5 Royalty Families on the side of the Celestial Dragon Continent.
Because of the event for the past 5-6 months, a lot of things have changed. From the original cities' divided Holy Cathedral Continent, it became divided into various temples and churches, while the Celestial Dragon Continent that, too, is originally divided by countless cities, became 5 main cities, divided into 12 districts, and are ruled by the 5 Royalty Families.
