Following the meeting with Louise, next day two announcements were made.
The initial declaration stated that Ynder, a cultivator of SSS rank, his family being promoted to elite status along with him being given the Grand general post of leai kingdom's army due to this. Moreover, he was also granted the title of archduke in the kingdom of Leia, combining the territories of Duke Berus and Duke Balri under his rule, overseeing almost half of Leia kingdom's land.
The second declaration stated that Helios Temple, in addition to Theos Church, would be designated as the official religion of the nation.
Upon hearing this announcement, the Theos Church and the general public voiced strong reactions and protest, however, most of the public calmed down after Ynder as a nation's hero, openly embraced Helios Temple as his chosen religion. Furthermore, after Rufus demonstrated his immense divine powers at Ynder's baptism, which is designated as SSS level, the official from theos church began to retreat, leading to only filed a formal complaint to the king's palace, which, the palace strategically ignored, citing they need to focus on rebuilding the kingdom after a long-stretched civil war.
There was also a lot of talk about Duke Balri's sudden leave from the dukedom, along with his family.
Afterward, an official statement was delivered from the royal palace declaring him a traitor for leaking kingdom secrets to the neighboring nation.
Nonetheless, it was actually a plan devised by the sun, allowing Ynder to exert their term over Duke Belpha during negotiations, while Balri and his family were held captive in the palace cellar.
Following the plan, Ynder and Louise made a deal with Duke Belpha to guarantee the secure transport of Balri and his family to their territory, in exchange, Duke Belpha should offer their unconditional support to the Helios temple until they have effectively established themselves on the main land alliance's territory.
Duke Belpha, who required high-ranking cultivators urgently, along with Balri being Duke Belpha's younger brother, agreed to Ynder's condition to prevent losing him.

Sun is lounging in the gazebo, savoring his breakfast and tea in the morning and as always, Riona standing beside him with a frosty demeanor.
Noticing the sun's cup was empty, Riona filled it with tea right away, then posed a question.
"Master, when do you intend to visit the draaervil?"
"Soon, when we are done with our work."
Replied Sun, grabbing the cup's handle and lifted it to his lips for a sip.
"Yum, it's really delicious! Riona, you should definitely try it out eventually."
Following the sun's previous reply, Riona happily responds, "Certainly, master."
Next, the sun turned its attention towards Ynder, who stood outside the gazebo.
"Ynder, get inside."
Following Sun's directive, Ynder enters the room and kneels down before Sun, who is enjoying his tea.
"Ruler, I have completed the task."
When the cup was set down on the table, the sun began to talk.
"Excellent, we also has finished our task here, so I will be going back now."
Sun rises from the chair and mutters to himself.
"Alen, create a portal to the Draaervil continent."
Alen quickly replied with her voice that still carried a childlike tone.
[Certainty, sir.]
However, he stopped his action abruptly and thought.
"O!! I completely forgot!" and promptly issued another order to alen.
"Determine the suitable points for Ynder's enhanced mission and provide them to him."
[Right away, sir.]
After that, sun and Riona went through the portal, leaving the kneeling ynder behind, and as soon as the pair left, the portal closed.
Witnessing this, Ynder breathed a sigh of relief after feeling anxious for the full 10 days without any rest, whether physical or mental. As the sun set on the mansion, he was able to unwind, but his system AI quickly alerted him with a message.
Seeing this, he commanded with a hint excitement in his voice.

Upon seeing his CP, he experienced a surge of thrill, as the reward for the second task had been bumped up from 3000 CP to 9000 CP. Still, he experienced a hint of dread due to the increased penalty, that is death. Looking at his strong fighting abilities, he looked towards the location where the sun had disappeared and thought about the role of the sun in shaping the dragevil species, without realizing that the sun was actually the creator of this powerful species.

Sun and Riona came out of the portal in the sky, above the enigmatic continent of Draaevil.
Underneath, a vast megacity began to take shape around the enormous, floating mountain-like plateau known as "the tenfold skies.*"
Riona mentioned as she floated behind the sun.
"Master, they've come."
In that instant, two portals materialize in front of the sun, and two figures emerge from them at the same time.
"Your highness"
"My lineage."
"Your presence has brought us blessings." And with a loud roar, both individual simultaneously knelt in the air to greet the sun.
After seeing them, the Sun smiled slightly and told them to stand up.
"IIsprx and paryx, stand up now." Both followed the order.
Parayx wasted no time and spoke up immediately.
"My Lineage, congratulations on your victory in the war against the Leai Kingdom.
My lord, come to Creator Castle for a refreshing visit and I will update you on everything you need to know." Parayx produced a slight bow while speaking.
Sun watched and agreed, then accompanied him to the creator's castle.

The Creator Castle sits on the highest plateau, the tenth floor of tenfold skies, in a realm beyond the physical world, reachable only through the divine will of the Sun. The castle emits a brilliant light that is visible from afar, even through the dimensional barrier that separates it from the rest of the Draaevil continent.
The Creator Castle is not merely a symbol of the Sun's might but a tangible force of unimaginable power. Its very walls hum with ancient energy, and the air within its halls is charged with the essence of creation.
In Creator Castle's high castle, Sun is seated on the Astra Throne* in the throne room, with Riona standing next to him, while IIpsir and Paryx stand on the floor, ready to report on their respective branches.
IIpsir stepped up and began to give a briefing.
"Your majesty, I'm happy to see you well and in good health." Pauses momentarily to ask for the sun's approval before beginning his presentation. Sun nodded in acknowledgment, prompting IIpsir to resume speaking.
"Your majesty, a couple of months back I established a division called Palace of Administration, shortly called Administration Palace, tasked with handling the majority of noncombat tasks for our kind." Once more, he pauses momentarily to glance at the sun. Observing Sun's attentive listening, he began to speak once more.
"Your majesty, currently Administration Palace is split into 5 departments.
The Hearthstone Office, responsible for managing the daily affairs of the Dragevils, guarantees the welfare of the community. It oversees housing, healthcare, schooling, and cultural tradition maintenance.
The Skyward Bureau, oversees all transportation and communication in Dragevil territory. This department is also responsible for monitoring the utilization of magical portals for traveling over long distances.
The Ember Treasury, oversees the gathering and control of resources, taxes, and trade dealings with other alien species in the distant future.
Currently, the Earthshapers Guild is established to build and upkeep Dragevil cities, fortresses, and other buildings. They are also responsible for managing the land to make sure it stays fertile and sustainable. The Earthshapers collaborate closely with the Hearthstone Office to guarantee that every Dragevil has access to well-constructed residences and communal areas.
The Scale Keepers will enforce Dragevil's laws to ensure compliance with rules established by the Administrative Palace that are followed throughout the realm.
In the future, two additional departments will be included: the embassy for diplomatic matters and the Veilwatcher's Circle for magic affairs, along with the arcane research."
After hearing his explanation, the sun was completely content. IIpsir addressed almost all elements of overseeing management, necessary for a species to operate as a unified entity.

The tenfold skies, is a massive tower with 10 plateaus made by the sun upon its arrival in the draaervil continent.
Astral throne- Seat formed by the inner universal energy of the sun. This throne possesses its individual awareness and is the origin of energy which fuels the ten skies besides the sun.
It is believed that the throne selects the individual who will occupy it, and who ever sit on astral throne is said to have dominion over all dragevil except for the sun, who is the ultimate source of power.
