"Let's talk about it when Jessica wakes up."
"Okay."
Beau held Eliza's hand and gently shook it. He said, "You've worked hard."
Eliza looked at Beau in surprise. "It's nothing."
She didn't do anything. Why did Beau say that?
"I think Jessica should have said something less pleasant to you just now, right?" Beau guessed correctly. "It drove Yessenia away but you endured it."
He grabbed Eliza's hand and kissed her on the lips.
His eyes were full of pity.
Eliza was stunned and then burst into laughter.
Her smile was as beautiful as a flower.
Beau held her in his arms. He felt that a lifetime of spoiling her was not enough.
"We will all encounter many people and many helplessness in lives. I can bear some pain for you, but for your friendship and relationship with family, I can't assure you that you will never be hurt."
"But I hope that if you feel sad or uncomfortable, you will come to me."
