Encounter with an underground hero
It was 10:05 p.m. and Ryuu was in his black outfit in his room.
He slowly opened the window that was above the back courtyard. After that he jumped out, as he was falling he removed the effect of the gravity on him, so he was floating in the air and slowly draged to the ground by the weight of his gear.
Once on the ground, he snuck toward the wall in face of the window.
The guards didn't see him as he jumped over the wall.
'Good I am out !' Ryuu thought as he was taking distance. Once he was far enough of his neighborhood, he climbed the emergency staircase of a building in a dark alley and went at the roof of the building.
He was standing on the top of the building searching for someone that needed help.
After something he saw nothing particular so he changed of spot, he jumped from rooftop to another for a while until he heard someone screaming.
He looked around to find from where it came.
He then saw a man being draged in a dark alley between two buildings in front of him by free other men.
Ryuu then jumped on the floor just the same.way he did to sneak out of his room.
He then went slowly at the alley where the man was draged.
"Let me go !" the man shouted.
The thugs lauged as one of them punched the man on the jaw. The man was knocked out cold.
One the tugs was about to scour the man's pockets when a shadow appeared from the entrance of the alley.
The turned to see a boy in black outfit and a black helmet standing there.
The boy then slowly walked toward them.
One of the thugs took knife out of his pocket.
"Hey, who the hell are you ?" he asked in threating tone.
The boy didn't responded and continued to approach.
Then the boy in black outfit propeled himself toward the thug at high speed, the man couldn't react as spinning kick landed on his neck with enough strength to send him crash against the building that was at his left.
The two other thugs were stunned at the sight of their friend being beated that easily.
One of them activated his quirk, it was a quirk that made his nails longer, sharper and stronger.
He then tried to scratch his opponent, but the boy in black was too fast and managed to evade all the blows. The thug didn't stop and sent another series of blow. The boy evaded all the blows once again, some of the blows hit the wall of the near building and left a deep scratch in it.
The boy saw an opening in the series of blows, as the man was sending a horizontal blow at him, the boy evaded by crouching and countered with an uppercut that lifted the man from the ground.
The thug was then laying on the ground uncounscious.
The only one left was the one who was about to scour the pickets of the man that they had knocked out.
He was beginning to freak out.
He then pointed his forefinger at the boy in black, and suddenly a watter-shoot came out of it.
It wasn't strong blow even the pressure of the water went it was going out of his finger was low.
The boy evaded it without a problem and punched his oppenent in the jaw and sent him on the ground uncounscious.
He thought that it was finished but the one he sent crashing against the wall at the beginning was slowly standing up.
The thug took his knife that was on the ground not too far from him and suddenly some spark pf electricity appeared on the blade of knife.
It was surely his quirk.
The man then rushed at to boy with the knife in front of him aiming for the boy's chest.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" he screamed as he was about to stab the boy.
But to his surprise, the boy grabed the knife by the blade with his hand and wasn't even hurt.
The boy then wrenched the knife from the thug's hands and threw it away before grabing the man by the collar. He then rose his fist to punch the man and sent him unconscious on the ground like the others, but that was when the thug did something unexpected.
He cried.
"If I had money none of this would have happened !" the thug stated betweeb some sobs.
'What ?' that was the only question in Ryuu's head.
'What did he mean ?'
He then slowly lowered his fist and threw the man on the ground.
The thug was surprised that he wasn't punched.
Ryuu then slowly went toward the man that was draged in the alley by the thugs, he then grabed his phone and called the police.
As someone asweres the call, he said with distorted voice,
"Come pick man in the alley of in front of XXXXXX, he has some light injuries and is unconscious !" and he then rang off without waiting for the reply.
He then put the phone back in the man's pocket.
He made sure to not leave any proof of his presence in the place, he had gloves to prevent him of leave some fingerprints and his vouce was distorted by a litlle device in his mask.
After that he went toward the last thug that was still counscious that was stunned on the floor by the fear.
"Grab you friend there and follow me !" Ryuu ordered the man as he pointed at the one that was able to send water-shoot.
The thug did as he wa told and grabed his friend.
Ryuu did the same with the one with claws.
They then.went in an alley a little further away from where the were earlier and then Ryuu put the man that he carried on his shoulder down, the other thug did the same.
Ryuu turned toward him and asked,
"Why did you say that if you had money all that wouldn't have happened ?".
The man stayed silent for a moment before answering,
"I need a lot of money to save my son, he is in a terrible stated at the hospital after a villain's attack !" the man replied bluntly.
'To save hus son huh?' Ryuu thought.
"And why should you become a criminal for that ?" Ryuu asked him.
"We were poor, and I have debts, and the only solution was …"
"Stealing ?" Ryuu asked.
"Yes, no one would help us, so I decided to do anything to save my son !" the man replied.
"Heroes can't help people in situation like this right ?" he added.
"Are these two in a situation like yours as well ?" Ryuu asked the man as hr turned his gaze at the two men leaning at the wall uncoscious.
The man just noded as a response.
Ryuu staid silent for a while and grabed piece of paper from his pocket and wrote an adress on it before handing it to the man and turned away to leave.
"Go there ! You'll find help there !" Ryuu said as he left them and disappeared in the dark alley.
After that he jumped on a rooftop and headed home. He then heard some footsteps behind him.
He turned to see who was behind him, he was shocked to see the underground hero Eraserhead behind him.
The hero looked like a man with long hairs in a black outfit with a very long scarf around his neck and yellow goggles on his eyes.
"Man, this wasn't in the plan !" he complained.
He then changed of direction to not lead the hero to his home.
He then landed in another alley, he was about to search for a way to escape when the hero appeared behinf him.
Without a warning the underground hero sent his long scarf at the boy to bind him, but Ryuu evade it at the last moment by jumping and stepping at the walls to move fastly.
"Who are you ?" the underground hero asked.
"You can call me The Canceler !" Ryuu replied with a distorted voice.
"Canceler ? That a new one !" Eraserhead replied.
"Another vigilante ?" he asked.
"Maybe ?" Ryuu replied bluntly.
"I'll stop you here and now !" the hero stated as he took a fighting stance and his scarf and hairs began to float in the air. "I suggest you to surrender !" he added.
"I have no intent to fight you !" Ryuu said as he pressed a button on the wrist of his costume.
Then a smokescreen came out of his outfit from several little holes in back, the legs and the arms of the costume.
The hero stepped away back out of the smoke.
Went the smoke faded Ryuu was nowhere to be seen.
"Damn it !" Eraserhead cursed.
One hour later, Ryuu was back in his room. It was past midnight
He made a huge detour to make sure that wasn't followed anymore before heading home.
He sighed, he was almost caught by the underground hero.
"That was close, I need to be more careful next time !" he stated.
He then went to bed.
"I need some rest !" he said as he was closing jis eyes.
If only he knew that the next day would be more tiring.
