new opportunity

ZIA'S P.O.V

before I had a chance to end the call the world started to go black. I could hear aspen yelling my name and I knew this was happening because of the lack of food. once it went black I started to think about what my life had become and one night out had changed what I thought was perfect forever. I lost track of time and sooner or later my hearing started to pick up sounds. I couldn't make out the words or who the voices were. I could slowly start to control my body before my eyes started to open i started to make out the voices and from what i knew it was aspen and zach. as i slowly emerged from the darkness i seen zach standing over me and aspen sitting down with a cast. for some reason when zach touched my hand i felt butterflies in my stomach. once i could make out the words i heard zach ask aspen for some alone time and he told her she should be back at her room. aspen calmly agreed and grabbed her crutched to walk out. i felt numb and soon found out it was because of the medicine the doctors gave me. zach started to speak so i listened to what he had to say

ZACH: thank god you are awake and I know you can't speak at the moment but I saved you and your okay now. I think you should stay here with me in the wolf society. from what I've gathered those men straight up kidnapped you both from your house. the doctors examined you and both of you are fine but it's dangerous to go back to that house. I've sent jasmine and Bruce to go tell your brother what happened and he agreed to the idea of you both staying here for your saftey. if you need a job I can make you my assistant so you can get some money.

ZIA: th-thanks zach

ZACH: your welcome and don't worry about my mother or any other wolves hurting you we only eat animals. I will be heading off now my mother is pissed at me for some ungodly reason

I watched zach leave the room and as he shut the door my head started spinning. I was trying to figure out what he meant by half the stuff he said. I didn't want to go back to sleep so I grabbed the TV remote and turned on nickelodeon to watch some spongebob. about 10 minutes later a nurse walked in and she handed me medication for my headache and some solid food. I ate my food and my headache went away just before aspen walked into my room. she knew how we ended up here so I asked her. she sat down and started to explain everything while we watched nickelodeon.
