Trouble outside the shop

Tyler wore some new clothes that he got from Holy Sanctum. He asked them to make a normal-looking t-shirt and pants.

He put the sword sheath on his void ring as he left the room. He finished breakfast with his mother and finally left the house.

He went directly to Dan Weapon Shop. When he reached in front of the shop, he was confused.

"Dan, remove your participation in the new mission that the City Lord posted. Our Sulen is only worthy enough to prepare that much weapon. You won't be able to finish it." A man wearing a green coat stood in front of Dan and spoke.

His voice was quite loud and behind him, there were nearly dozens of people. On the other side, Dan only had two ladies who were also his wife and daughter, Franky and Josh as well.

Dan didn't back down and spoke "Sorry but our shop has recently recruited a new blacksmith. With his help, we can complete the mission with ease. So, you can just back off and let the professional handle this kind of job."

Hearing his words, the man with the green coat fumed with anger and shouted.

"You think we aren't professional? Just because you were trained under Blacksmith doesn't make you inherently better than us."

Dan nodded his head and said, "You are correct but it doesn't change the fact that I am still better than you."

"You….. Dan, you don't have support from Blacksmith Clan anymore. Do you want to fight our family?" The Green Coat man couldn't help but threaten him.

"Siran, do you want to fight in the middle of the city? Do you think this is your family ground?" Dan didn't show any weakness as he quickly erupted his aura against the man in the green coat.

"Humph! Haven't you heard the tale? Dead man tells no tale. Besides, we won't be cruel enough to kill you. Boys, break his shop and show them the consequences of messing with us." Siran sharply spoke as he commanded the people behind him.

"I won't let you." Dan shouted as he tried to stop them but Siran stood in front of him and released his aura. His terrifying aura was so strong that it almost knocked out Dan's wife and daughter.

Those people behind him rushed toward the shop. Franky and Josh were too scared to stop them but at this moment, a figure dashed in front of them.

Tyler stood in front of the upcoming force of Fifth Stage Energy Refinement Realm cultivators. Naturally, he didn't have the strength to face them directly but he had something on his shelve.

He raised his hand and a seal appeared in his palm. Supplying an enormous amount of spiritual energy, he activated the seal. A runic seal appeared in front of his palm. It was a golden circle with strange lines and symbols.

"Grand Lightning Seal"

Bang!

"Argh!" "Argh!" "Argh!" "Argh!" "Argh!"

Those men got struck by the golden lightning. It not only paralyzed them but also struck them so hard that they fell to the ground, covered in bruises.

"What?" Siran and Dan shouted at the same time with shocked looks on their faces.

But, someone was even more shocked than them. Tyler was shocked by the consumption of this attack. His spiritual energy stock was halved by this attack.

He finally understood why the attack was so powerful.

"Boy, how dare you attack my men?" Siran stared at Tyler and a trace of jealousy appeared in his eyes. He couldn't believe the boy less than his age managed to defeat so many Fifth Rank Cultivators at once.

He was almost ready to attack Tyler but Dan blocked him.

"Siran, it seems like I have quite a support. Do you want to continue?" Dan was almost ready to fight against Siran but surprisingly Siran backed away.

He looked at Tyler and snorted "Boy, don't let me find you. Nobody dares to attack Sulen Family."

He turned around and left, not even caring about the people that were on his side. Naturally, they weren't even the part of Sulen Family. They were just some servants working for him.

"Tyler, thanks for helping us!" Dan bowed to him and thanked him.

"Daddy!" "Dan!" His wife and his daughter rushed toward him as they held him from behind. His daughter was only ten years old and his wife seemed an average middle-aged woman without outstanding looks but still maintained facial care.

"Thank you Big Brother!" The cute little girl walked up to him and bowed just like her daddy but Tyler quickly crouched down and raised her head.

"Since you call me big brother, you shouldn't bow to me. And, Mr. Dan, I did what I should do as the future partner of this business."

"So, only daddy can bow to you?" The little girl asked.

"Amy, your daddy doesn't need to bow. He just did it out of gratitude forgetting that I am also the future owner of this store. So, you shouldn't copy his action." Tyler slowly cracked a smile as he rubbed her head.

"Sherly, would you take Amy inside? Tyler and I need to talk about something." Dan spoke to his wife who nodded her head and picked up Amy. Although Amy didn't want to go, she didn't cry over it.

Tyler looked at Dan who was approaching him and stood up. Dan looked at Franky and Josh.

"Sorry for getting you guys involved in this mess. Things could go ugly. Do you still want to work?"

Hearing his words, Franky and Josh clenched their fists. They immediately bowed in front of him and shouted.

"Sorry for freezing like idiots, Master Dan. We would like to continue our job."

Dan shook his head and patted their heads.

"You two aren't even cultivators. You couldn't have done anything but from now on, you should be careful. Sulen Family won't let it slide. Although they are bullies, they won't try to attack you inside the bounders of the city but if anything happens, immediately contact me."

Hearing his words, Franky and Josh nodded their heads seriously.

Dan turned around and tilted his head at Tyler.

"Let's go! I have something to talk about."
