Chapter 132

As they focused on their staring contest, lightning sparked in the sky, and a strong wind blew dark clouds toward the heart of the city. The situation had become abnormal.

Jennet noticed the changes in the air. The eerie feeling, when the sky slowly turned dark when it wasn't supposed to, was unpleasant.

Suddenly, she knocked on her husband's head and pinched the little child's cheek. "It is time to go home!" she said as she tore them away from each other.

At the same time, the unnatural weather turned back to normal, to the usually peaceful and beautiful evening.

Jennet pushed the child into the car and fastened his seatbelt. "No more fighting with your daddy and be a good child," she warned him.

Little Veen nodded his head obediently.

Then, Jennet glanced at Hue. "And you," she pointed out and then continued, "give me the key." She extended her hand to him.

"I'm driving today," Hue responded, unwilling to give up the key to her.
