Chapter (02).4

Nik had actually given up his life in New Orleans. We had just got back to the house and Mary or whatever her name is said that the twins plus Hope are asleep which made me smile. I walked up to mine and Kol's room where the twins are sleeping. I walk to the bed and look at my sleeping angels.

I sat down at the side of the bed and took a strand if hair out of Brooks face and smile down at them. They both wake after i retract my hand and look at me. Its like a twin thing, how they wake up at the same time and so on. Scary to times. " Hello, you two" i say with a smile. " You're back" Brook says and hugs me with a crash. I give a small laugh and hug her back but when Austin comes and hugs them both.

" Come on, lets go to your dad" i say and take their hands. We walk down the stairs and out where i see all of them plus Hope " DADDY" Brook yells and runs for him whereas he meets her halfway picking her up in her little run. She laughs and hugs him around his neck holding as hard as her little arms can.

He laughs and holds her. " Who the hell are these?" Nik asks " They are Kol and Mal's little devils"Bekah says " What?" He says " Yeah, we don't know their name though, they haven't introduced themselves" Bekah says and Brook picks up on that " I'm Brookwyn" she says and then points to her brother "and that is Awstin" she says with a smile "Let me get this straight, you two have kids, yet you are both vampires so how is that possible." He asks us and Elijah and everyone gives a sound of agreement.

" Well, my mother wanted to continue her little stupid bloodline so she made us able to have children although I thought it was only able for us to have kids with humans or witches but guess not. So who knows how many children the boys have around the world." I say and my brothers look at me mockingly and i look at them the same way with a slight smile.

" Non is the answer to that sis" Achilles says but i smirk at him and raise my eyebrows. " You prob have some but Atti definitely don't seeing as he is an old man who spent his time of life in a cave of fucking Opal magic" Api says and we laugh " I did not spend my time there, i went out" he says back " Yea sure, but you are a virgin right?" I ask him " No i am not" he says and we siblings just laugh whilst the Mikaelson's enjoy our little spat.

The twins had gon to Hope who was out in the bloody woods. It is a actually a nice wood but i have just killed a couple of in there so they're bloody. Kol seeing the twins going in there alone went with them not wanting anything to happen which i'm glad about. My look lingers on him for a while until he is no longer in my sight. I look back to the others and see them casually talking about something i do not get.

My phone starts ringing so i excuse myself and walk into the house where there is a little less noise. I answer the phone ''Hello?'' i ask and hear a noise in the background on the other end ''Hello, sweetheart'' i hear an all way to familiar voice say ''Mother'' i say with a shocked voice. ''Yes, my little opal'' she says and i feel some tears coming to the brim of my eyes.

''Evangeline, darling i need your help'' i hear her say and with a small smile on my face i venture out of the house and make my way to the car. ''Darling, where are you going?'' I hear Kol say behind me. I turn around and look at him with a smile '' I'm just going to go buy some stuff that i need for a simple spell. It's nothing really'' i tell him and give him a kiss on the cheek and get into the car.

-Kol's POV-

Amali gives me a kiss on the cheek and gets in the car before she drives off. She has never lied to me without saying she did a minute or so after unless i caught it. It worried me that she did, cause if anything happens to her and i don't know where she is at all i'm gonna be angry. The thing is i cant follow her because of the kids and i don't want to disturbe her private life. She deserves to have one and i don't want to infiltrate on that.

I walk back up on the porch where Bekah is holding Brooke and Austin is sitting next to them arguing with Brooke about something. He sees me and stops arguing with his sister. He jumps off of the couch and walks over carefully. ''Daddy?'' he says in a small voice, i look down at him and pick him up. I put him on my thigh ''Yes?'' i ask him ''Why did mommy leave?'' he asks me and i look at Brooke who is also looking at me wanting to know the same thing. '' She had to go to run some errands, but don't worry, my darlings. She'll be back soon" i tell them " i hope" i whisper to myself but i know that the Ashford brothers caught it because after i said this they pulled me aside.

" So where was she really going?" Achilles asked me " She said she was going to by some stuff for a spell but she was lying and she never lies to me so i actually don't know" i tell them and they get a little worried " Wait, she did get that phone call and she seemed to be in a little shock after" Apollo said " Maybe it has something to do with that" he adds and the other brothers nod. I look at them and try to find something in their eyes but nothing.

They didn't know anything which make me worried. Worried for the love of my life.

-Amali's POV-

I was going to meet my mother after years. Someone i thought was dead, but she's not. She is alive. I get to the place and look around. I find the Ashford tomb thing and see all coffins. Some empty because of the fact that those are the coffins my brothers would've had if they died. I see mine on a pedestal where the light hits perfectly. Nice, i'm important. I go further in and finally I see my mothers coffin. I walk over and see that it's empty which means that she really is alive.

I feel a presence behind me so I turn around and see the exact person i needed to see, my mother. " Hello my little Opal." she says. I smile and run up to her griping her in a hug immediately. She lets out a little chuckle " I don't have much time my little one" she says and I pull away from her " What do you mean? Your here to stay right? I just got you back." I say with tears on the brim of my eyes " I know, but this is only temporary unfortunately." She says " What? Why?" I ask her not getting the full picture.

" It was all I could do from the other side." She says " Why do you my help?" I ask her " Your brother" she says moving over to her coffin " Which one and Why?" I ask " Achilles" she says. There is something wrong with my twin and I didn't even notice " What's wrong with Achi?" I ask her " After getting poisoned, the poison went straight to his heart and when you guys woke them up. Instead of it getting out of his body like it did Freya it stayed. Soon he will pass and you will go shortly after.-" she starts but I interrupt her " because of the twin bond" i say and she nods " Yes, now the only ones who can save you guys is Hope or the twins" she adds and i look at her in shock "What?" " It is better and stronger if they do it together" she adds.

" How?" I ask " They are all strong. Hope is a Mikaelson and a tribrid. The twins are Ashford's and Mikaelson's they are stronger then anyone. Think of it, Kol is an Original Vampire and you, you are vampire, a witch, a banshee, half siren, half phoenix, quarter of a kelpie. Think of what you children are. You are so strong and you have gotten kids who are even stronger. Mon cheri, all you have to do is help them." She says and if i think about it my children are going to be the most power creatures on the planet.

I get interrupted by my phone. I take it out of my pocket and see Apollo's name as the ID. " Api" i say and i can hear ruckus in the background " Ami, get home now" he says in a rushed voice " What? Why?" I ask looking to my mother who is writing stuff down " It's Achilles, he just passed out" he says and i feel the rush when i hear those words come out of his mouth " I'll be right there" i say and hang up " Hurry, mon cheri" my mother says as she hands me a piece of paper. I run to my car, start the engine and rush home.

I get home and run up to Achilles' room and see everyone in there waiting. Freya is by his bedside with a grimoire searching for a spell to wake him. When i get in all look to me " Darling?" Kol says upon seeing me. I start to feel dizzy and then my vision goes black. Before i pass out though i feel myself being caught.

-KOL's POV-

Amali walks in and is looking a little pale " Darling?" I say as upon seeing her. She looks at me and then she starts to fall, i rush to catch her and do. " what the hell just happened to her?" Bekah asks " It's the twin bond...it must be" Atticus says. I put her in the bed with Achilles and look at her before i see something in her hand " What is that, Kol?" Apollo asks me " No clue" i say and unfold the paper. It's a spell. " What does it say" Nik asks.

" To wake the two sleeping, you must use the young. The young together makes a force to be reckoned with. The young must say this spell to wake their loved ones. To wake their family. Use the young ones." I read out loud. It is what the note said with a spell " What the hell does that mean?" Nik asks. I see Elijah thinking " Use the young ones" he mumbles before he says " We have to use the children" he says " You want to use my daughter to awake these two" Hayley asks "Well in all reality we dont need Hope but since the twins are still young and they only just learned to talk, they might need her help" Elijah adds " And the note did say together their a force to be reckoned with so it does say that together they are stronger and gives us more of a chance that they will wake." Bekah says.

I rush out of the room to grab the twins and Hope " Hello my darlings, do mind helping daddy with a little thing?" I ask them all " Of course not, uncle Kol. What is it?" Hope asks " Well it's your aunt Amali. She needs your help. You think you can do that?" Hope nods before I looks at my twins who also nod rapidly. " Good, come" I says and lead Hope upstair whilst I carries the twins up. We get to the room Amali and Achilles are laying and the minute the twins see their mom like this they rush to her " Mama" Brook says touching her arm " Daddy, wat wrong wit mama?" Austin ask me and I look at them " This is what i need your help with. Your mother and your uncle, their.....their sleeping and i need your and Hope's help in waking them up" i tell them thinking of a way they wont freak out.

" But you can't wake them how you normally do. You have to say a spell. All three of you. Together." I tell them and they nod " You think you can help me with that" i ask and they nod " Now Hope i'm gonna need you to say the spell whilst the twins help you powering the power. Okay?" I ask my niece who nods. She moves to the end of the bed and look at the spell biting her lip a little " You can do it, I swear it"I tell her wanting to boost up her energy and it seemed to work.

She nods before taking the twins' hands and saying the spell for the two to wake up. I feel the power in the room along with the rest of the people in the room. The winds pick up and all the candles blow out before we all hear two loud gasps. I look at he bed and see Amali and Achilles sitting there with scared expressions. They look at each other sharing a look before rushing out of the room all together. Leaving the compound for good.
