Red Swathe

Ori and his crew found themselves standing next to a large parking lot filled with motorbikes. This is what they'd be using in the raid apparently, and he'd been told that unless he painted his truck in Tyger Claw colours, he'd have to ride one as well.

Whatever, regardless of how stupid it was driving into a warzone without any protection, he wasn't getting paid to ask questions.

A few Mox had also been recruited for this, though they had been assigned the role of helping the evacuation of kidnapped Tyger Claws from the Doll House. The plan had already been hashed out, and to his surprise Taki Kazo also had some Arasaka men protecting him.

This clued him onto who the masked men in the meeting were. Agents of Wakako's Arasaka contact. This wasn't something your every Arasaka suit could manage though, meaning the contact was far higher up the ladder than he'd originally thought.

Once he'd picked out a 'good enough' bike, Rebecca had hoped on behind him and the raid as officially begun. To be frank, he'd never thought he'd be part of a Tyger Claw raid, but there was something to be said for scaring civilians away from the sound of your collective engines alone.

No one gave the large group any trouble as they drove through Japantown, then onto the street where the Doll House lay. That's when the bullets started flying however, Ori obviously swerved to avoid getting hit, but the Tyger Claws around him moved in a way that was obviously choreographed.

With the way people were falling off of their bikes and getting their brains splattered, it wasn't working all that well.

Rebecca hops off of the bike as Ori approaches, skidding before driving the bike straight into the front doors of the Doll House, then detonating the small explosive charge he'd stuffed inside the gas tank.

*BOOM!*

Fire explodes, but Ori had already begun tearing apart the ground forces. A dozen enemy Tygers with katanas ran at him, but a quick swing of his Monowire severed their legs, rendering them useless for the rest of the battle.

He looks up as three people get launched out of a window, a grenade is thrown by Rebecca sending them falling to their doom. It's a minute later that the street is completely cleaned of enemy Tygers, with the building surrounded the only way out was with a fight, something he doubted Taki Kazo was willing to do personally.

Ori enters the building first and shrugs off a slug to the chest, he blows the opposing man's head off with Six's revolver before holstering it to catch his LMG that Rebecca had tossed at him.

"H-holy SHI-"

Ori turns the speaker to red mist, his kerenzikov-enhanced reaction times allowing him to easily headshot anyone who dared showed their faces.

He's not even taken off guard when a blur leaps out from a nearby door, he could see their sandevistan glowing from its use, and while the man was faster than him, he certainly hadn't expected him to be able to keep track.

He turns his LMG to the left slightly and sends a bullet straight through him, he tries to cut it out of the air with his sword, but he misses and falls to the group as the projectile rips through his spine and sandevistan. His speed falters, and Ori ends finishes him by crushing his skull with a stomp.

[Initiating 'Get Off Of My Lawn' Directive.: Flesh Administrator] the Collective reports as it begins work to thwart the Netrunner attack.

The slight buzz of his vision ceases, allowing him to continue his rampage through the place. His methods only become more brutal as he sees the state the Dolls were in, memories of Cat in the same situation bubbling forth.

He allows his crew and the other Tygers to clear out the rest of the first floor as he moves up to the second. He strides up the stairs while reloading his LMG but pauses as he reaches the top.

He could hear someone breathing, CO2 levels nearby were higher than normal, and he could feel vibration nearby, someone's heart was beating furiously.

*CRASH!*

His fist goes through the nearby wall and grabs the horrified Tyger, breaking his neck with a squeeze of his hand. "Yo, you alright?" he questions a Doll through the newly created hole, "Yo, you alright?"

She doesn't get a chance to reply as something suddenly hit him from behind, a sword stabbing through his heart and out the front... She shrieks in horror, but Ori just grins, gripping the blade and bending it to keep it from being pulled out.

"You gonna run?" he growls, turning around to the camouflaged ninja tugging in vain on his sword. He was clear to Ori's eyes, brightly lit in infrared vision.

The ninja, deciding the sword was done for, releases it and backflips, launching himself off of the wall and down the hallway. Ori tries to blast him with his LMG but another heat signature from a nearby door draws his attention.

Bullets punch holes into the wall as the three or four ninjas scatter, ascending up the building to defend a more fortified position.

Ori just sighs, glancing down at the sword which was being pulled into his chest by the nanites and disassembled, eventually disappearing entirely.

[Four 'Saka ninjas on the upper floors, the second floor is clear.] - Ori

[Wait for the rest of our people and we'll-

[It's fine, I'm headed up. Let's catch Kazo before he runs away on an AV or something.] - Ori

[Right, we hadn't considered that...]

If Arasaka could lend the guy ninjas to protect him, sending an AV to pick him up was chump change. He highly doubted Wakako would be willing to shoot down an AV in the middle of the city either.
