Handle

The Library was large, larger than she could ever imagine, tall walls with tall bookcases which surrounded the entire walls of the large room. Lunar was astonished by the library, the number of books that were present in the bookcases was enough to fill the whole case from top to bottom, and this just amazed her, Alex was in there with her, he knew she might need some help with getting the books from the higher book case in which with her wounded leg, it would not be a good idea for her to do so, or else, Reine will cause havoc again. Alex arrived after being told by Raya and Leen that Lunar would've her breakfast in the Library, fearing what happened a week ago would happen again, he decided to stay with her, helping her with her books but also....to keep an eye on her.....

Lunar doesn't know this but other than the prince, no one in the castle believes her to stay or walk alone in the castle anymore as they were all afraid that she would run again and the prince would cause havoc once more, thus, preventing this issue, everyone is on stand guard, even though Reine told them not to bother anymore as she won't do anything reckless like that again...

now, Sitting on a large comfy chair, Lunar held a book in her hands, it was a large one in deed, with her meal served next to her kept on her right side on top of table.

Alex, the one who gave her the book, looked at her at how she focused on reading the book, he looked at the title of the book, 'The Mirrormoor' written on large letters on the cover of the book, never once did she say anything or ask anything from Alex, she focused, and by how Alex was seeing this, she was like... capturing every word, every page and storing the information carefully in her brain.

The food beside her, only a little bit did she ate and drunk a little tea, and all of her focus was kept on the book.. a time came when she would fold her eyebrows and look confused, sometimes even taking out a breath just to calm herself down from the brain storm that was going on in her mind. A time came when she would close the book and lay her head staring at the ceiling, thinking of something..

Alex, seeing her so frustrated just by reading a simple book, followed her, bent a little and asked her

"Already bored ma'am?"

"You know, there's absolutely no difference between this library and the prince's room... literally, they are all so quiet"

" Really ma'am, but, I thought you were enjoying reading the book and... "

" I was enjoying myself.."

Lunar sat up quickly,from the way she sat, Alex stood up right as if electrocuted, Lunar folded her eyebrows and asked him..

" what's your name again? "

Alex thinking that it was something big, let out a breath and told her

"Am Alexander Alfonz, son of ...."

"So you're Alex? "

" -_- "

looking at her huge blue eyes, he sigh and told her

" Yes, just Alex"

Lunar nodded " hmmmm....." as if agreeing.

Alex asked her once more

"Would you like to go somewhere else ma'am?"

"Where? the prince's room, nah, this is way more better than his room, just sleeping on the comfy bed staring at the ceiling and sometimes looking at the door just waiting for him to keep me company..."

Alex smiled and told her

"You seem like you enjoy his highness's company"

"How can I not? his literally the only person that I can stay with and talk with for hours without fearing anything... he literally told me to break all the rules when am with him.... alone actually.. even forbid me to call him all those titles... "

" Seems like his highness is trying really hard to make friends with you.. "

" Well.... "

" Seems like you guys are having a serious conversation.. "

all turned to where the voice was coming from, seeing who came, Lunar felt happy and excited, finally her day would get better.

Alex turned to Reine and bow to him

" Your highness"

" Alex, am I interrupting anything important?"

"Not at all your highness, we were just having a casual conversation"

"Is it okay if I join then?"

"Not at all your highness and beside, I think she'd prefer you over me with this conversation"

"Is it?"

Lunar smiled at him, as she looked at him with her eyes as wide as they could ever be, seeing how excited she looked with those huge eyes of hers, Reine smiled as well and turned to Alex..

" thank you for keeping her company, I'll handle her from here"

Lunar's eyes went wide as Alex bowed and left, she had so many questions in her little brain concerning this"handle her" thing, did he really meant what she understood or....

realizing the brainstorm that was going on in her little brain, Reine bent and asked

"What's going on Lunar? are you by any chance thinking of something naughty again?"

" W.. what? am not.. "

Reine raised one of his eyebrow and asked

" Really? "

" Hmmmm"

Reine stared at her for a moment, thinking of ways on how to make her admit it, so many methods popped in his head like teasing her with words til she burst open or teasing her with action til she spills the beans, but then, a better idea came in his mind, he smiled and and back off..

" Okay, so what were you reading? "

Lunar let a breath out and smiled at him, getting all exited when that frenzy atmosphere passed by, Lunar raised the book and showed it to him

"The history of Mirrormoor"

Reine took the book from her hands and stared at it, opened the chapters and saw nothing exciting, thus, he put it aside and went to the shelf, took out a book, and went to her and sat on the floor, next to the chair where she was seating...

"You know, that history you're reading is boring, doesn't have my entertainment.. am I wrong my sweet Lunar?"

Lunar shook her head, Reine smiled and told her

" See? I told you, now let's read something new and..... handling... what do you say? "

"...... handling? "

" hmm.... handling"

" O.. okay then, what's the book title? "

" in pleasure "
