Pishka. Your typical sad and a little depressed, South African girl, moves to America. She has to adapt to this ghost town she moved into. Being a loner should be the worst-case scenario, right? No! Things only get worse when she meets this guy who keeps appearing at the school gate every day after school. 

Jacob. Your typical nice guy. His past life is literally not sunshine and rainbows. Waiting eight years just to find his mate and mind you he has no idea what gender they are. But now he found 'her'... Not for long, since he has to deal with his "past life's" karma. He also needs to find a way to patch things up with his mate and protect his pack from 'Red'

Something ominous is approaching the ghost town and cannot be altered due to the writings of fate. It's purpose can't be changed but it's course can be. More truths are told, allowing a red sting to show its ugly head. But Death can be such a romance wrecker, ask Romeo and Juliet they can tell you that bit for sure.

If you take offence, drop the book, cause we all have our traumas. Some of us have become numb to it, so we tend to not show concern when others experience the same thing or are more expressive - it's a defence mechanism, okay!

Her Cold Beast And His Dark Beauty

Then a carriage is brought into the yard in front of the fountain where Lilly likes it to be parked. This way everyone in the building or entering the estate will notice the carriage. It's her way of stating her position - but is actually exposing her inferiority toward Carlos 


Who used to be the master of the mansion and envy how much of a treasure, the council make Pishka out to be. The human girl. She despised those two, it was like they were connected in some way and it drove her mad 


The three walk down the staircase and stop in front of the carriage. Pishka and Carlos stand behind Lilly as she examines the carriages' state, determining whether it's to her satisfaction or has to be replaced which would take a while - time that they didn't have. They received an urgent summon from their headquarters and thus had to leave with haste
