At the museum in Willoway Bay, Danny examines the security cameras. He can see the unveiling of the diamond on one of the screens. It was massive, clearly worth a ton of money. He carefully looks over all the screens and then the map of the museum. He’s careful to make sure no one sees where his attention is. He wants everyone to believe he intends to keep this job. At the academy, after the training session was over, Tetsu teaches Aiden some moves and shows him some of the gadgets he’s been working on. Since they were roommates, they thought they should know more about each other. They didn’t have a lot in common but they still enjoyed each other’s company.
Joseph returns to work and tells his officers to get more info on the new gang, the new age outlaws. Of course a few WWE references were made but the jokes were unappreciated. In the basement, Jason continues to torture Dylan. He slaps him around and shoves his face into the wall. “We already turned three of your men.” “Yeah…wha…what are you…calling yourselves now? The Magnificent Seven?” Jason breaks his nose, he backs away and tries to hide his rage. Dylan is too busy cowering to notice. Of course, they had added more men from other gangs since Dylan had been here but Jason didn’t care to inform him about that too. He had enough of these stupid jokes and these morons somehow using pop culture references without realizing it.
Two days later, Jason’s gang, now fifteen strong, are eliminating another gang, as well as forcing off three cops who interfere. By the end of the mayhem a group of them collected together and drew the attention of the gawking crowd. “Beware. For Venom has struck this city.” They exclaimed. Jason rushed over and slapped every one of them on the head “Are any of you idiot’s comic book readers?” “What? Hell no, that’s for kids?” one says “Stop naming the fucking crew.” “What about…Avalanche? That’s pretty cool.” Another says. Jason grabs him and drives his head into a windshield, leaving the bloody man in the car. “Does anyone get that I AM IN CHARGE HERE?!” the others back away and remain silent. “We will be called The Fallen. End of story.” They all leave the crazy scene before more cops show up.
Seeing the aftermath shown on the news, Zackiria decides, he better tell the others what’s going on. He gathers everyone together on the main floor. “As you may or may not know there have been many trainees who have moved on from here. Apparently they believe they’ve learned all they need from me, even though…but anyway.” They all exchanged glances, unsure where he was about to go with that. “One of my former students, one Mr. Jason Bryers, has taken what he learned here and perverted it. He has decided to build a gang and lead them against this city…” they all seemed upset to here this and Kevin especially felt for the man. “It saddens me deeply to know this student, one of the best I trained, is now on the side of evil. He could have done so much good for this city, and this world instead.” “Don’t worry sir.” Jacob said “We won’t allow Jason to tarnish the name of this school, if we have to take him down, we will.” Zackiria nods solemnly and shoos them away, he returns to his office. Jacob knew Jason pretty well, they trained together for months and became close friends. He also couldn’t believe Jason would turn bad now. He seemed like he wanted to help and make the city better.
The next day, the group takes an exam. After that, they did meditation for some time. That night at a dance club, Danny takes a drink and looks around at all the dancing people, a woman notices him and walks over. He’s still wearing his uniform to show off, looks to him like it worked. He buy’s her a drink. She gladly accepts “My name’s Sandra. Sandra Genkins.” “Hello Sandra, I’m Danny Luv. Try not to fall for me.” She giggles but as he takes a drink she turns away with a look of disgust. She looks back and takes another look at his security jacket. “So you work at the museum?” he looks down as if suppressed he’s still wearing it. “Yeah.’’ “Is that diamond as big as it looks on TV?” “Indeed it is.” “Must be awfully tempting to just steal it, eh? But I’m sure you wouldn’t have that job if they didn’t trust you.” He takes another drink and smiles “Maybe their trusting the wrong guy. You never know.” She giggles again “I bet they would make a legend out of you if you did steal it.” They continue the conversation with the load ubknocktious music bumping around them.
Mid-morning the next day, after their lumberjack breakfast, Zackiria has the group hold pots in each hand, arms outstretched while in squat position. Zackiria sits and reads a James Paterson novel in the meantime. Afterwards, once again Aiden and Tetsu talk “I’m certain what we just did there was done on Kenichi.” “Who?” “Kenichi. The Mightiest Disciple.” “Another anime?” “Do you think its possible Zackiria is an anime fan?” Tetsu looks at him and tries not to scoff “Don’t get your hopes up, it’s more likely just a coincidence.”
Kosh is in his home office when the phone rings, he answers and the person on the other line talks. Kosh’s face shows some mild disappointment and hangs up. More brain tests are done, Aiden, again gets high scores, Gabriel was far in the back struggling as usual. After they went to multiple target training. “If we are to fight this gang, which we likely will.” says Zackiria “Or if there is any other occasion of the odds against you, you must learn to become a gang or an army apron yourself. Strike those closest or the one who’s the biggest threat first. Always keep your head on a swivel, don’t look in one direction too long. Control your breathing, don’t over exert yourself too quickly. Done right, you can get inside the heads of your enemy.” Everyone seemed to do pretty well on this course, Jacob patted everyone on the back after. He was happy to see everyone do so well.
Jason’s crew yammer on about the new name and seem to not have a problem with any of the old names but are too freaked to question or make any more suggestions. Dan Rath is on again, talking to citizens who have mixed feelings about The Fallen. Many of them at least thankful that so many other gangs are being eliminated by them. That the group don’t seem to be causing any other problems. And others obviously upset that cops had been killed in the process as well. Jason walks in with a hog-tied man, they all seem to recognize him and gawk as Jason walks him to the basement where he has the other prisoner.
Jason throws the man down before Dylan. He barley notices their presence. “Wake up, shit for brains. You recognize him?” Jason says pointing to the tied up man. Dylan only crawls to the wall, he turns back reluctantly, recognition strikes and he makes some kind of noise. “Yeah, thought so. This guy is one of your main rivals, right?” Dylan screams again and hits the wall, he crawls over and attacks the man, and Jason allows him to take a few hits and shoves him off with his foot. He draws a gun and shoots the guy right in front of Dylan who seems quite happy but also scared. Jason kneels down to Dylan. “Now listen here. Truth is, I hate drugs, but I know that it’s not just going to go away. If you don’t sell, it, he would have.” He says pointing to the bleeding out body “If not him, then someone else will come along. I don’t want to have to break them. You work for me and I will ensure you do not have any competition. Now. Are you in?” Dylan pants, the look on his face gives no indication of thought but he nods in agreement.
Jason returns upstairs. Dan Rath is now reporting on an important diplomat and other high level people, celebrities, world politicians, and more. Coming to the museum to see, among other things, the great diamond that Kosh Lyson brought in. Jason smiled “Now I bet that thing is worth a mint.” He didn’t really want to steal it but how could he not? They were practically inviting a thief. But maybe this was an opportunity for something else.
