"The sun was shining and the air was clear. All is well, how my day begins where I see the surroundings I have dreamed." I smiled at the words I wrote in my ideas book. Because I'm always like that when ideas come to my mind I immediately write them down.

"Sir, excuse me. The materials for the new project and the new digital movie cameras from the US are here. Everything is in the conference hall." my secretary reminds me as she enters my office.

"Good, I'll go after I'm done writing here," I replied, he just nodded and left my office.

I just wrote down the remaining ideas that were in my mind, before deciding to go to the conference hall to see my newly arrived items. As I enter the conference hall the materials are already put in place with their respective containers as well as the new digital movie camera has a safe place. My team is always hands-on in their work that's why I'm thankful to have them.

"What do you think direct is this enough?" Angelo, my assistant, asked me.

"Enough as I expected," I answered with a smile.

"Good to hear. Now I will give you this invitation because Cinema Films invited you to their awarding ceremony tomorrow. You will be having so much time, and of course, you will be given an award." Angelo said proudly so it made me think.

It seems like a long time ago I was having second thoughts about whether I would walk into the world of an industry that I was hoping for but now it is here. I was one of the famous directors who thought I couldn't do it, but I can do it.

"Direct? Is there a problem?" Angelo asked me with a frown that brought me back to my senses.

"Nothing," I replied with a smile while accepting the invitation he gave.

I went to my office first to get my crumpler backpack because it has all my stuff inside, especially the director stuff, you know. After that, I went home without reviewing the manuscript because I was early tomorrow for the awarding ceremony.

When I woke up in the morning, I got ready and after that, I went straight to my company. After entering my office, I also took my tux that I will wear to the event and I arranged all the papers scattered on the table before deciding to leave. I forgot to bring home the tux that I sent to Laundry last time so I had to pass it to the company before going to the venue of the awarding ceremony. I didn't even prepare any speech because I don't have enough time. After I arrived at the event, an organizer immediately approached and asked my name.

"This way sir," he said smiling and walked closer to a long table in front.

"Thank you," I replied and sat down.

Someone tapped my shoulder so I faced her. "Hi, I'm Taishae from Quangtong company nice to meet you brother." introduced the girl next to me.

"Klay Prix from Gomez enterprises, nice meeting you too," I said smiling, and shook her hand.

"So you're K? I mean direct K?" she asked more.

"Yes miss," I replied and she nodded.

"You're movies are so nice the intellect conflict of the story is so different from some movies I've watched. Congratulations," she praised me.

"Thank you so much," I said smiling.

"Maybe you're inspired by your girlfriend that's why you're so good at making movies." she teases me.

"I don't have any girlfriend." I immediately looked away after saying that.

"What? Why?" she asked confused.

"I got trauma from the last relationship I have that's why I don't have enough time to enter a relationship again." I sighed and immediately drank the water given by the organizer of the event.

"Sorry for opening that serious topic. That's kind of a sensitive issue," she replied so I just laughed at her reaction.

"No, it's okay, and besides my ex-girlfriend is kind of distracting to my work. She's not even worth caring about." I said smiling and she nodded.

"This event is not just for the films that are being made and for the makers. It is also a special event for companies that have made high contributions in the field of industry." Taishae changed the conversation.

"Yes, you're right, I also read in the invitation that famous companies were included," I replied.

"Yup that's why our company is here. The CEO rather," she said smiling and I nodded.

"Oh, so you're the CEO?" I praise her. She is too young to be a full CEO of their company.

"Yup! I'm only 17 years old and my father already trusted me to manage our company since I'm the only child," she explained and I nodded.

"Wow, interesting. Minor at your age but then you still able to manage your company as well." I said smiling and she laughed.

"Yeah, the CEO is underage but I'm turning 18 next year would you mind if you come?" she asked me.

"Sure just send me your invitation. I would gladly come to your debut." I replied and she was happy.

"Thank you, brother! You're the best." She said happily and hugged me.

The awarding had already started so we didn't talk again. The companies with awards and those with special awards were called one by one. I didn't think that two awards were given to me. First Entrepreneur Excellence Award, that's the award that should be given to me, then what I didn't expect to be given to me was the Director Films Award.

"Thank you so much Cinema Films for giving me this opportunity and for awarding me this kind of trophy. It is such a great honor to be given awarded by the famous festival awarding event in the Philippines. And hopefully, Filipinos will not get tired of enjoying our movies, thank you." I said smiling and got off the stage.

I was greeted by the event staff and the other CEOs and directors. They shook my hand saying congratulations. I'm the only one with the Director Films Award since I'm the one with the most views and votes at the last Cinema Film Festival.

"Wow! That's a great achievement brother! Congratulations again." Taishae happily greeted me when I got back to where we were sitting.

"Thank you too, you did a great job." I praise her because she got a special award called the youngest CEO award. She is too young to be a CEO.

"Thank you so much, brother! You inspire me to improve being a CEO," she said smiling while hugging me. She's so nice how bad she doesn't even have a brother or sister just like me.

"Yeah, keep reaching your dreams okay? Don't ever try to give up, you can do it. Just believe in yourself." I said and hugged her again.

I went home after the event because I have to organize the things that we needed for the upcoming project. And to move on from the complexities that happened to me yesterday. I need a vacation after I'm done reviewing the manuscript.
