Chapter 10: The Mistenial Empire

Despite the common knowledge that all Mistenial Citizens are evil, it is far from the truth, just like mankind, they have their will of their own, it's just that, unlike humans, they do not have much of a choice. Humanity fear them, even if some of them shows defiance to the teachings of Dratos the Demon lord, they are feared by humans, most Mistenial Citizen that took refuge in Human Nations are being treated Hostility.
"The titan knights aren't like the entire humanity, they fight for what is right, they fight for everyone for as long as you are in their side no matter what you are, no matter where you're from, the proof of that? well one of the 7 Heroes is a mistenial Citizen, Heyda go to them, they will accept you"
While the fight on UNAF Japan is going on, an event was also unravelling in the side of the Mistenial Empire, a girl named Heyda Defied what most that came before her believed.
"We are wrong, the Mistenial Empire is wrong, the true way of being free is for us to be accepted by them" Heyda said as she ran and fight the Mistenial Soldiers following her in the Capitol.
"Traitor!" one of the Soldier said.
The soldier chased her, about a few minutes in, she got cornered.
"Kill her" the leader of the soldiers said
"Copy that" the other soldier said
as they were about to fire their gun a mask man nabbed her from the street and flew her away from the Capital.
They landed in the out skirt of the capitol in the Forest.
"Thank you good sir!" the girl said
the man didn't answer but just looked at her.
"Umh, why did you save me? the soldiers will haunt you down" the girl said
the man still didn't answer, as they were staring at each other the mask man hold the girl in her hands and forcefully puts his hand inside her torso.
"Get off! you perv! the fuck?" the girl said
but contrary to what she thought he was just getting something from her.
the mask man took out a T shaped object from her.
"not only that you insult the very thing your people believed you also stole the spectre from them" the mask man said
the girl was flustered because she felt like she was violated but she retorted
"Get it back! I need that! that's a key to a weapon that would make this war worst" the girl said
"I know" the mask man said
"what?, you know? wait? who are you?" The girl said
the mask man handed her the spectre and said
"take this, and this" he said as she handed her a long container.
"What's this?" the girl said
"A few kilometers from here, there's a one way teleporter to a human city in the Philippines, find Noah Bayana, and give him the spectre" the man said
"What? who's that?" the girl said
"I know you, I know your mother, if what she told you were right that person will accept you no matter who or what you are, that box contains a weapon and a device that will disguise you as a human, that eyes of yours would be obvious to them, the Titan's won't bother but other humans aren't like them, there's also documents there for you and a few thousand pesos" the mask man said
"What pesos? and how do you know my mother?" the girl said
"I know her, but not your mother, well a from my world I know her" the mask man said
"your world? what?" The girl said
before the man could answer an armada of soldiers arrived to their location, the masked man stick something in the girl's chest and threw her in the direction of the teleporter, as she flew the thing in her chest covered her in a armor, an armor that closely ressembles that of a Titan knight's armor.
she fell a few feet away from the teleported, she looked back at the city and hesitated for a second but she ran towards the teleported and closed her eyes.
the time she opened her eyes, she was in a tall building, she looked down and saw a human city for the first time in her life.
"Wow" she exclaimed.
Do you know why the Knights we're made to last longer but not live forever even if the world needs them? because immortality corrupts all, immortality will destroy everything a person stands for, the proof is that is the bastard son of the king.
She wondered through the streets of Umahon City, with a locating device the Mask Man gave her, although a bit confused as to why the man Knows her mother and why he helped her, she just goes with it.
"Nothing's gonna come wrong with this" she said to herself.
as she was following the device it lead her to a forest in the out skirts of Umahon City, thanks to her Mistenial blood she had no problem seeing in the dark because of her heightened vision.
she was able to get into the location but there was nothing in there, as she gets closer the spectre glows and a passage opened from the ground. "a teleporter?" She said to herself
she stepped in the teleporter and was transported to the Flying Head Quarters the Camelot.
on the other side of the portal a Knight Leiutenant was there and saw the teleporter transporting someone in, he was a bit confused as no one has send a message and the teleporter is only being used by the Titans.
He pointed his Gun towards the portal and the Girl appeared out of it.
"What? who are you?" The Lt. said.
"Wha? no! don't shoot! I was send here!" the Girl said.
She showed her spectre which surprised the LT. as only the Titans and the Titan candidates has spectre it's a sign of knighthood/
Amerie who is in the control center with Noah felt the Aura the girl was emmitting.
"Do you feel that?" Noah asked
"Yeah, I know that Aura, but it's not evil" Amerie said
"Amerie can you check?" Noah asked
"Yeah sure" Amerie said
Amerie Runs towards the Aura using her Authority to slip faster in the corridors of the ship.
The leiutenant called for the Security.
"Blue, Lt. Harbinger" -Lt. Harbinger.
"Yes, I know, Amerie's on it" Noah answered not even hearing what it was about as he already knew.
"Yes, but she has a spectre, not just any spectre, a blue one. just like what Lancelot the Cold Titan has" LT. said.
"WHAT?" Noah said
Amerie arrived at the teleporation hub and looked at the girl she thinks is the same age as Amy.
"Who are you?" Amerie said standing before the girl.
Although not in her costume the Girl knew her.
"That Aura, you're Rose Guardian! Gawain!" The girl yelled
Amerie with cold stare summoned her sword and put's the blade on the Girl's throat.
The girl was frozen in fear.
"Speak, why are you here? I know what you are, no matter what kind of disguise you put" Amerie said
"I'm Juvea Harthagon, 20 years old, born and raised on the Mistenial Empire, Daughter of Agrea and Forja Harthagon, I was sent here by a Man, he said to show this to you" Juvea said as she shows the Spectre.
Amerie was shocked.
"That's Marwin..wait? this looks a bit old, so why are you here?" Amerie asked
Juvea took out the key she stole from the Imperial Castle of the Mists.
Amerie took the Key and inspected it.
"CLEO scan this item, do you know what that is?" Amerie asked the AI of the Ship.
"Affirmative, I've access the UNIO, UNAF and UNIC documents, this seems to be a key to a project called Project 2N, information about the project are missing , all the people involve are dead aside from one" Cleo said
"Okay, we'll talk later" Amerie said to Cleo
Amerie lowered her blade and disperses it.
"You defected the Mistenial Empire, why?" Amerie said
"Because we're wrong, our methods are wrong" Riafer said
"Lt. Take care of her" Amerie said
"Yes ma'am!" Lt. said
The Lt. escorted Riafer to a room.
Juvea was just in the room, trying to wonder what would happen to her.
a moment later Noah entered the room.
"what a coinsidence that a mists would appear in my ship while a Mistenial Empire attack is happening, so why are you here?" Noah said
"I am here to stop the Empire, that thing I gave them I stole it, I heard that it's a key for a weapon that would wipe out humanity" Riafer said
"why would you betray your own people?" Noah asked
"Because they are wrong, we are wrong, wiping humanity is not right" Riafer said
"you're a mist, for all I know you could be a spy trying to make your way in here, you're wearing a disguise, so why should I trust your word?" Noah said
"BECAUSE YOU'RE A TITAN! You're heroes, you're not just here to fight for humanity you fight for everyone! I know because my parents told me about you! you're Galahad right? I know you! you're the Silent Knight! I saw those videos of you saving people! about 30 years ago you saved an imperial citizen, her name is Agrea, she might've told you her name is Agnes, that's my mother, she told me that if ever that I want to defect I'd come directly to you, and this guy that saved me told me to find Noah, I don't know who that is" Riafer said
"I remember Agnes, I heard she was dead but it seems like I was wrong, your mother was the reason we won the war, your mother told us about the plans the Mistenial Empire was preparing and we were able to win because of her, I thought she was killed by Mordred I guess not, anyway it's just that you came in during an attack" Noah said
"what attack?" Riafer asked.
"Follow me" Noah said
Noah walked down the Command Center with Riafer, Amerie was there watching the fight.
"Lord Mordred? and those two, they are knights" Riafer said
"Yes, a few hours earlier the UNAF Japan was attacked by an armada of Mistenial Soldiers, why? do you know anything?" Noah asked
"I don't know what exactly, but whatever that key is for, a weapon they said, it's being hid there" Riafer said
"What kind of weapon? why in japan? if the Mistenial Empire made it, why is it hidden in Japan?" Noah asked
Riafer used the device in her wrist and downloaded informations in the computer nearby
"Sorry for hacking your systems, anyway that's because the weapon is not made by the Empire it's a human made weapon dubbed the 2N project, it was made by the UNIC and information was sold to the Imperials" Riafer said
"You know awefully a lot for a kid" Noah said
"I'm an Imperial Knightlings, knight in training" Riafer said
"UNIC? WHAT?" Amerie said
"Yes, it came from the United Nations Intelligence Council ma'am, that's all I know" Riafer said
"maybe the information was stolen from one of our servers" Noah said
"It's not, it was sold by a human, a few months ago, also the information about a person named Markus Aveno was also sold to the Empire" Riafer said
"WHAT? GOD DAMN!" Amerie said
"Sorry Kid, Amerie is the Current Secretary General and Chief of Operations of UNIO, if what you're implying is true, there's a traitor in our ranks" Noah said
"Sorry" Riafer said
"Not your fault, good job Kid, for now you watch and tell us everything you know" Amerie said
Riafer smiled after being praised by the heroes she looked up ever since her mother told stories about them.
