It is very seldom that a mermaid is born during a full moon. So it was believed that Yurena would bring misfortune to her race. One day, an oil spill from an oil tanker spread all over the ocean and killed many mermaids and other sea creatures. This event can be considered a catastrophe and is called a bad omen or misfortune brought by Yurena according to their old belief. 

Yurena was blamed for that incident and their race united to send her to earth to retaliate and kill the man who owned the ship who spread the chemical in their home under the sea. Here, she will meet the handsome billionaire Mao Ferragamo and fall in love with him. 

This will bring confusion in Yurena's mind, what is more important? Her mission or her happiness?

The days passed quickly, I didn't realize that we had been staying here at Mao's private resort for almost a week. Everything was peaceful, there was no trouble and the enemies did not try to attack us. Maybe they are looking for another way to get closer to us easily. In times like this, the security around the area is full and people who are not authorized or those who are not known to Mao are not able to enter immediately.

Our normal life continues, Mao still goes to his office and comes home in the afternoon to be with me. There are times when I feel very bored here inside but there is nothing I can do especially since this is the safest place right now. On the other hand, I also have to consider the welfare of my mother and aunt Kaikane.
