Oh.. you.

"Your majesty." mum and dad said and bowed slightly. She smiled.

"It's an honour to have your acquaintances here. Please do have a seat." she said. Daisy ran to her.

"Your majesty." She said and curtseyed.

"How nice of you Daisy." The Queen said fondly. Oh, she already knows Daisy. Daisy sat at her left hand side.

"Your majesty, you promised me the biggest doll house in England if I made it to the top in my class." Daisy said and I arched an eyebrow.

"Indeed, Daisy." The Queen said.

"I just wanted to remind you so you won't forget because you're always busy." Daisy said and the Queen chuckled. I guess the Queen was really fond of Daisy.

"Desmond.." The Queen called and a man walked to her.

"Yes your majesty." He said.

"Do remind me that I'd be getting Daisy here the biggest doll house in England at the end of the school session." she said to him.

"Will do, your majesty." He said and bowed before walking back to his post.

"I'm guessing she's your daughter too." The Queen said, referring to me.

"Yes your majesty. Introduce yourself." Mum said

"I'm Kyla.. your majesty." I said and curtseyed a bit.

"Lovely name for a damsel. You know, I have a son around your age, I think. I don't know where that boy is." she said. I sat down beside mum.

"Right here mother." A guy said and walked to us. He pecked the Queen. "Sorry I'm late. You're welcome Mr and Mrs Francis, Daisy and..." he looked at me and paused. He kinda looked familiar. I think I've seen him before.

"Son, this is Kyla, first daughter of Mr and Mrs Francis." The Queen said and he stared at me.

"You?" he asked and I glanced at mum, dad, the Queen and back at the guy. "Don't you remember me?" He asked and I tried to remember where I had seen him.

"You look quite familiar but I can't..."

"The airplane.. I'm Darren, Prince Darren." he said and I quickly remembered him.

"Oh.. you." I said. The guy who wouldn't stick to his business.

"You two know each other?" Dad asked.

"Sort of." I said and folded my hands.

"So you two are friends." The Queen said.

"I wouldn't say..."

"Yes we are." Darren said and I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, really? That's nice. Since it's her first time here, why don't you show her around the house, darling. Give her a little tour." The Queen said and I looked at Mum and Dad. They motioned for me to go with him. I just hope no one is having any funny ideas because it won't work.

I reluctantly followed him. We both walked around, with him showing me the huge palace. He showed me the whole place.

"You live in a quite magnificent place." I said as we both sat at the balcony upstairs, having dinner. it was a bit snowy and it was a good view. I remembered the balcony at school, Jeremy and I loved the view also.

"You can say that." He said.

"If you are the prince why did you get into a public airplane? I'm very sure you have the right to a private one." I said.

"Yeah but I prefer being simple. I was in the the first class cabin right? I deserve some accolades for that." he said and I chuckled. "So I'm guessing you're from America." He said.

"Obviously." I said.

"Ok." There was an awkward silence as we ate, till he broke it. "I apologize if you didn't like me prying into your business at the airplane. I just wanted to show concern because I saw you crying." he said calmly and I sighed.

"I'm sorry for being rude to you also. I'm usually not like that. It's just.." I couldn't complete my statement.

"I understand if you don't want to share it with me, it's fine." he said and I smiled. I looked out out the balcony.

"Are those horses?" I asked in surprise.

"Yeah. They are common around here. Have you ride on an horse before?" he asked and I look at him.

"No." I said.

"Okay.. do you want to give it a try?" He asked.

"Of course, I'd love to." I said excitedly.

"Come with me then." he said and stood up, so did I. We walked to where the horses were kept.

"Wow." I muttered as I stared at the horses. The horse keepers there kept bowing to him. He brought out a horse, it was dark brown in colour. It seems to be fond of him.

"This is my horse. I call him knight. He's really fast." he said.

"Cool." I said.

"Why don't you choose a horse?" he said.

"Ok." I turned to the herd. "I love the white one." I said and walked to it. It neighed and I got scared and moved back.

"It seems she likes you." Darren said.

"Does her actions shows that she likes me?" I asked.

"Yes. Touch her." he said and I slowly moved to it and rub its nose. It seems to enjoy it.

"What do you call it?" I asked.

"She doesn't have a name yet. Since she likes you, why don't you give her a name." he said.

"Okay. I'll call you... Jackie." I said. The keepers placed saddles on the back of the horses. Darren helped me get on Jackie and he also got on Knight. He slowly taught me how to ride a horse. It was really fun when I got the hang of it.

Soon, it was time to go home. Darren saw me off to the car after we exchanged numbers. I bade him goodbye as we drove home.

"Kyla, did you have fun with Darren?" mum asked.

"Yes mum. I actually rode a horse." I said and giggled.

"What? But I wanted to ride on a horse too." Daisy pouted and we chuckled.

"It's good that you made a friend already." Dad said.

"Yes it is." mum said. We all retired to our rooms when we got home. I freshened up and laid on my bed. I chatted with Grace for sometime. My mind drifted to Jeremy. I wonder how he's doing. Ugh.. what do I care? He's probably with Violet. But could it be true that he has changed? Gosh, I just don't know what to think.

.

.

"Kyla... Kyla." Someone shook me and I open my eyes to see Jeremy, sitting beside me on the bed. I quickly sat up.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I came for you Kyle. I'm missing you terribly, please come back to me." he said.

"I can't, you broke my trust."

"No I didn't. It's all a misunderstanding." he said.
