Ning Qi analyzed and cried out a bit with joy, as he finally doesn't have to worry about guns in this world anymore.
Not to mention his health, which can probably withstand many of those bullets without being seriously injured.
And what's more, he can now warp his entire body with spiritual energy to completely fend off those bullets. Even normal-range bombs won't be able to harm him if he stands still.
One more ability that golden core realm cultivators have is the ability to release their spiritual energy through their bodies without any mediums to support them.
But they may not be able to control it as well and as quickly as they can with the medium supports.

He is a bit confused as to why his law mode, which was able to kill a cultivator at golden core realm level 2 while he was in foundation establishment realm level 1 is unable to kill a nascent soul realm level 2 anymore.
His new 'divine law modes' should have the strength to kill anyone under the soul formation level. His second stage divine law mode may even have the strength to one-shot a soul formation realm-level 1 cultivator.
Ning Qi is still satisfied with his current strength, which is already a bit over the top for his age and the amount of time he 'cultivated'. He just felt there may be a proper reason for this.

As soon as those two notifications came, Ning Qi flipped his left hand upwards and slowly caressed the second divine mark, which stood side by side with the first one.
Both the marks are completely white, and there is enough space for the third one beside them.

He took his mobile phone as he made his way out. He saw three missed calls from Yi Ran and some other messages from his friends. Seeing the time was already 11 pm, he didn't call her or Li Ping right away, instead, he slowly climbed to the second floor.
