Diva's POV
I was still looking at my dad in shock.
He is still alive? How the hell is that supposed to be possible?. He stopped breathing in my hands.
"Dad" I called again to see if I was hallucinating
"Yes baby" he replied and opened his hands and for a moment, I was reluctant.
What if he strangles me?
"Dad I'm so sorry, I never meant to hurt you, I only wished to have a happy home but when I saw mom dying in your hands, I couldn't take it anymore"I cried kneeling and pleading for forgiveness.
"There is no justification for trying to murder me little angel" he said with a smirk.
"Why did you think the corps stopped looking for you huh? He asked coming closer to me but I shifted backwards.
"I wanted to get you myself"he said.
"Daddy please" I cried out.
"I want you to feel" he said but I cut him off
"It wasn't intentional daddy please let me go"I cried.
"I will never stop until I make you feel....
He paused and I closed my eyes as he raised his hands waiting for a slap.
"What the love of a father and a happy home is" he said and I opened my eyes and looked up to him with pleading eyes.
"Dad please"I cried and his next action shocked me.
My dad hugged me.
I didn't know what to react anymore and I just sniffed in his arms.
"I'm sorry for not giving you the happiness you seek for, for making you bitter and arrogant, for making life uncomfortable for you and your mom. But I promise to change and give you the life you deserve"he assured and all I could do was cry.like a baby in his hands.
"Just give me a chance my child and let me treat you like a child. I will make you the envy of others and make sure I always find time to make our family complete" he said and I nod.
He lead me to the dining table and I sat down fumbling with my hands. The food was served but I couldn't eat.
"I know you have a lot of questions but I will answer all of them when you are done eating" he said and I picked up my cutlery to eat because I want to know what happened.
Cassper's POV
We were at the dining room and I was really glancing at Dorbi.
She was just playing with her cutlery and I knew she won't eat again.
She has been starving herself and it hurts me badly.
She actually confessed her for me earlier and we promised to find a way out with the kids when mom called us for dinner.
"Why aren't you eating"mom asked Dorbi and she picked up her food.
"I observed something" my dad said
"What is it" his wife asked.
"You and I know that you loved Bella too much"he said and mom spilled out the food in her mouth
"The last time Bella was sick, you couldn't eat for days as if nothing happened but I wonder why you are not moved by her being kidnapped or do you have anything to do with it" dad asked and mom opened her mouth in shock.
"Dad stop it, mom can't. right mom?
I asked but mom was fundling with her hands."
"Wait mom tell me you're joking" I said and she began to cry.
"It was the kid's idea" she said scared of my actions and Dorbi looked shock but not as shocked as I am.
"Where are they? I growled.
"I'm sorry my dear it" I couldn't let her finish.
"If you don't tell me where you keep them, I'll make you regret having me.
"They are at your brother's mansion but don't hurt him I made him keep them...." She pleaded but I was already outside with Dorbi behind.
I entered the car and drove off.
Only God knows what I will do.
I will make sure I deal with that idiot brother of mine I thought angrily as I drove.
