Chapter 1: The new beginning of my life

I don't know how many days or weeks I've been unconscious...I tried to open my heavy eyes.After my eyes opened, I realized that I was no longer in the same place.

What seems different is that this place looks very luxurious...I am surrounded by furniture that I would never have been able to buy in my previous life. Most of the items or furniture in this large room are white but there are a few gold and diamonds to enhance the room.In the middle of the room there is a chandelier that is not too big but can be the focus of anyone who enters this room.

'Woah...am I in heaven?' I asked myself in my mind as I tried to change my position from lying down to sitting comfortably...

After I tried to calm my mind, I tried to recall the memories I got from the original person of this body.

From what I found, this person's original name is the same as me which is Freya and she is now 24 years old. Also,her race seem to be a demon.I'm not even have the slightest shocked on my face because I always spend the available time to read any fairy tale novel to escape myself and my mind from reality.

Continue talking about her...she is the Demon Lord 1st Commander with the front rank given as Captain which is the title I heard when the young butler called me last time.

As to why I got reincarnated as her...I don't even know. But instead of feeling puzzled and confused I feel grateful and happy because with this I can start my new jouney of life. Maybe this time my fate will be better than my previous life

"This time I will definitely live a better life!" I said in a low but enthusiastic tone.

I snapped out of my thoughts after hearing three knocks on the large white door not far to the left of my king size bed.

*KNOKE KNOKE KNOKE

When the door opened I could see the last butler boy but this time he was with a handsome man in front of him.

The man has a slim and handsome body and looks tall. I estimate his height to be 180cm and above. He also has bluish-gray hair that is neatly combed back. He also looks to be in his early 30s and has dark purple eyes.

I looked at him from top to bottom. And then, I tried to find the presence of the man in Freya's previous memories.

Maybe today is my unlucky day because it hasn't been long since I opened my eyes in this world...and it turns out that the man who is standing a little far away from me is the person I gave my oath to, the Demon Lord Alazuir O Zinir.

Knowing that he is the Demon Lord I serve...I unconsciously try to stand up and bow to him.But my action was stopped by him.

"Freya I know what you're trying to do and I want you to stop and sit back" he instructed me with a worried but not too visible face.

He walked towards me slowly but elegantly and stopped at my comfort zone.I choose to remain silent for fear that he will notice that I am not the previous Freya and kill me in an instant.

After a few moments of an arkward silence...he broke the silence in the room.

"Are you feeling better now? If you feel pain anywhere please let me know right away. I just need a knight who is healthy and energetic enough to protect me and this kingdom."he said with a serious expression on his face but I noticed that the tone of his voice sounded a bit worried.

This time I chose to answer his question so as not to look suspicious.

"I feel okay, Your Majesty...don't worry and thank you I appreciate it"I replied coldly immediately with a very little smile on my face.

The Demon Lord and the butler boy, also known as Lucifer from Freya's previos memories looked quite surprised after hearing my answer. Ignoring anything, I did not care by the expressions on both of their faces.

Despite being surprised, The Demon Lord left me with a wish for a speedy recovery and said that he had to leave immediately because he had an important meeting that he must attend now.

Now it's just me and Lucifer left...to break the silence in the room I asked.

"Lucifer please tell me the date and year of today." I asked in a mototone voice.

"Now it's 2nd September 15XX, Captain Freya and please don't say 'please' when ordering me because I'm afraid I'll be in trouble later" he answered me in a clear tone.

I nodded my head twice and ordered him to leave me alone to rest for a while.Before he left he also wished me a speedy recovery and left this room with a warm smile before closing the door. After hearing the sound of his footsteps disappearing I tried to get up and walk towards the large mirror located not far from the window of the room.

This time I smiled without realizing it.

"ha... ha... ha..."I laughed with satisfaction.

What I saw was a woman who was wearing a white sleeping robe. I looked as tall as 180cm and below. I could also see my body which looked masculine yet still have a beautiful curve at the same time. I lifted my sleeping robe with a feeling of curiosity and noticed that I also have a very visible abs on my stomach.

"Woah...this person really has a nice body." I said with a very impressed expression on my face.

After a few minutes of pondering in awe, I chose to come to my senses and think of a way to continue my new life as a Freya here in this world...
