Sitch, the Minister Officer of Justice for the Hero Association

Shortly after Kaiser and Lily were done doing their little secret behind Fubuki, she came out of her room with her clothes already tidied up, and she was a little surprised to see Lily sitting on the sofa in the living room with Kaiser.

"What are you doing here, Lily?" From her tone, they both knew Fubuki was in a bad mood, so Lily hurriedly explained:

"I wanted to make a report as usual, but Kaiser said you were in the bathroom, and he asked me to wait inside."

Although Lily now understood the true nature of Kaiser's relationship with her boss, she could find some measure of relief. Fubuki, who was still not content, questioned Lily again, saying:

"Why is your suit so wrinkled, and your buttons are even loose? Have you forgotten that you will also accompany me to the Hero Association headquarters as my assistant?"

After panicking for a while, Lily finally found relief when Kaiser, sitting next to her, helped her quickly button up her clothes. When Fubuki saw that, she simply gave a cold snort and left the room. In the meantime, Kaiser kissed Lily on the forehead before giving her a wink, which caused her to giggle.

The three of them then got into a car and drove to the Hero Association headquarters, which was not far from the new Blizzard group headquarters. Along the way, Fubuki always had a stony expression, and Kaiser knew that softening her mood would be tricky, so he only asked questions about her work which she answered coolly too.

Because Lily had previously sensed an awkward atmosphere between the two of them, she chose not to make a sound and instead continued driving. Fortunately, they arrived at their destination without encountering any problems.

"Ohh, Master Bang, you've arrived a little early."

"You too, Atomic Samurai. Have you brought your apprentice with you? I'm curious to see how things are progressing," Master Bang asked a man in his thirties who was dressed in traditional Japanese clothing. The fact that he wears two katanas around his waist and has long, black hair pulled back into a ponytail gives him the appearance of a genuine samurai.

In point of fact, Atomic Samurai is a highly skilled swordsman and a respected member of the renowned Council of Swordmasters. He currently holds the fourth rank of class S Hero.

"Iaian, as the second rank in class A, it is only natural for him to be hanging out with his fellow... other than that, old man, where is that student of yours?"

Master Bang couldn't refrain from shaking his head as he said, "My one and only disciple is simply beyond hope. He became scared and nervous when he found out about the meeting I was going to attend."

The expression on Atomic Samurai's face changed slightly, and he took on a more serious tone as he spoke. "Don't make me laugh. I didn't ask that punny brat... I was referring to your strong disciple responsible for the mess a while ago."

Everyone in S-class is familiar with the straightforward attitude of the Atomic Samurai, who only acknowledges the powerful and will openly ridicule or even look down on anyone less capable than he is.

But despite this, what he said caused Master Bang to remember Garou, his best student who had also let him down: "I don't know where he went, I-"

"Why are you adults always chatting in the hallway? Don't you know you're making it hard for everyone to get through?" yelled a boy who looked irritated. However, they did not find his existence strange or inappropriate because this boy was also an S-class professional hero like them.

Soon after, a few more people arrived, all S-class professional heroes. They greeted or taunted each other as they met, especially Metal Bat, who always made irritable faces. If Superalloy Darkshine hadn't restrained him, he might have swung his baseball bat and caused a commotion.

"Everyone, your presence is expected in the meeting room. Please follow me," Busho said, knowing that some people would ask questions that were not necessary. As a result, he decided to walk first.

"Hmph, why don't we go to the room we've always used? Don't waste my time! Or I'll hit you all on the head with my baseball bat!"

Many people had already gathered inside the building in a spacious hall. Everyone who saw these people would initially be confused because there should only be 39 professional A-class heroes, but now there were hundreds of them.

*cough

A middle-aged man with a bulbous nose and gray hair parted to the right stood already on the stage, facing the audience. He is dressed for work in a dark suit with a white shirt and a tie in a bold color.

He was Sitch, and the sweat dripping from his forehead wouldn't stop by this time. Fortunately, he had managed to get the attention of these people.

"I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Sitch, and I serve as the Minister Officer of Justice for the Hero Association."

"Many of you already know me, so you know that I don't like to beat around the bush...a few days ago, Shibabawa-sama, the great fortune teller, made a prophecy-"

Sitch then proceeded to explain in great detail to everyone before some of them began to object and protest, stating that they believed prophecy to be nothing but a load of bullshit. Since the existence of Shibabawa-sama was a secret known only to the S-classes and those in higher positions, it was only natural for these people to not believe him.

Meanwhile, Fubuki, Lily, and Kaiser were standing in the far corner of the hall watching in silence until Kaiser, who was curious about the situation, spoke, "Aren't those seats meant for S-class heroes? Where are they now?"

There are sixteen chairs and a long table set up on the stage in an arrangement resembling that of a press conference. However, no one is currently occupying those seats.

"I thought so too," Lily replied, looking excited because she could see many class S-class heroes at once, but when Kaiser looked to the side, he could see how Fubuki couldn't stop rubbing her elbows.

Her legs also couldn't stay still, as she continuously shifted her posture, and the sensitive Kaiser immediately noticed, so he whispered to Lily:

"I'll take Fubuki to the toilet for a while. You wait here."

Lily looked like she wanted to argue with him because she was worried they would do that indecent thing again. However, after Kaiser bit her ear and made a sweet promise, she had no choice but to comply.
