MINE

Maybe some people don't know what 'study freak' is; it is a term for someone who likes to learn or rather is crazy about learning. They will spend half of their time studying and will never get tired of it.

And that is the most suitable name for Lilac. Even look at this time, when her other friends are joking around because their teacher is not in to teach, Lilac prefers to read books.

Very boring.

Maybe that's what other people or her classmates would say, but sadly that wasn't the case for Lilac.

Lilac took a marker and underlined a few sentences or words that she thought were important, so she could remember. It was one of her habits whenever she read a book. But she doesn't always read books about subjects, she also likes to read novels.

In conclusion; Lilac likes to read books.

When her eyes were busy reading a book, her right hand accidentally touched a piece of paper that she placed under her book. She pulled the paper from under her book, which turned out to be the width of her exam answer.

Lilac looked at the number written in red ink on the paper which read '100'. Seeing that number, a big smile immediately graced Lilac's beautiful face.

Satisfied and proud.

That was the feeling Lilac felt when she saw the grade she got from her exam results. For her, there was nothing better than getting a perfect grade like this, because this was what she wanted.

This is also the reason for the nickname 'study freak' given by her friends. It was because she wanted to get perfect grades and didn't want to get a low grade and make her mother feel disappointed.

She wants to be an outstanding student and make her mother proud. She is willing to spend her time studying just to get perfect grades.

And the perfect grade that Lilac got in today's exam was the result of her continuing to study without getting tired. Also in return, Lilac managed to become a student who excels and always gets the highest grades in her class.

Made her have a lot of friends, was liked by the teachers, and became a popular student because of her intelligence.

"I'll show this to mom. She'll be very happy," said Lilac with a smile, then tucked her answer sheet into her backpack.

At the same time, the recess bell rang, signaling for the students at this school to break time. Lilac closed her book and put it in her backpack to quickly head to the cafeteria.

...

"Where do you want to sit?" asked Bella with both hands holding a tray of lunch she had just bought.

"There..." replied Lilac, pointing to one of the tables in the cafeteria. The two of them walked over to the table Lilac had pointed at and sat down at it.

The table was not far from the cafeteria entrance so they could see all around the cafeteria and the other students who were eating in this cafeteria just like them. Like the cafeteria in general, it is clear that this place will always be crowded during break time.

Bella looked at Lilac's tray. "You haven't bought a drink yet?" she asked.

Lilac looked at her tray. "Ah! I forgot to buy it," said Lilac, remembering that she had forgotten to buy a drink.

"Okay, just wait here," said Bella, then she stood up from her chair and walked away leaving Lilac alone at the table.

While waiting for Bella, Lilac eats her food first because her growling stomach wants to be filled. It's natural because this morning she didn't have time for breakfast because she was too busy studying for the exam.

It was normal for Lilac because she was far more concerned with studying than having breakfast. Study everything for her, I don't know what would happen if her favorite books were lost maybe she would faint right away.

It didn't take long for Bella to walk towards the table where she was sitting with Lilac with two bottles of drink in her hands. She sat down next to Lilac as before, then placed the bottle in front of Lilac. "For you," said Bella.

"Woah... thank you. I have the best friend in the world," said Lilac dramatically.

"Did you just find out Mrs.Study freak?" Bella joked which made them both laugh.

Lilac put a mouthful of rice into her mouth so that her eyes accidentally looked at one of the tables not far from theirs.

"Bella..." called Lilac.

"What?" said Bella with her mouth busy chewing.

"Look at that," said Lilac.

"Look what?" asked Bella, turning to look at Lilac. Then followed the direction of Lilac's gaze which turned out to be towards one of the male students who was sitting alone.

Lilac propped her chin. "Isn't he weird?"

"Weird? Why?" confused Bella.

Lilac rolled her eyes. "Did you forget? he's our classmate but he never talks to anyone. It's like he's not even in our class."

Bella nodded her head. "Well, I think you're right I even forgot his name."

"Jasver. You don't even remember his name. You're so mean," said Lilac and laughed.

But one thing they didn't realize, was that the person they were talking about was looking at the two of them behind the glasses he was wearing.

...

The two beauties already felt full, because their stomachs were filled two minutes ago. Now the two of them walked out of the cafeteria after chatting with their friends from other classes. Of course, it was none other than their friends talking about Lilac's cleverness that made them envious and amazed.

Who would not feel envious when you meet someone who has a beautiful face, is friendly, smart, and always gets perfect grades?

Truly the ideal woman for men.

Lilac and Bella walked down the corridor, passing several classes that were on the lower floor. Their class was on the upper floor because they were both already in the final grade.

Lilac laughed at the joke Bella, but suddenly Bella stopped in her tracks. "Wait! Looks like there's a new announcement," said Bella.

Lilac also stopped in her tracks, then followed Bella who was walking towards the bulletin board. On the bulletin board, there were quite a lot of papers attached to convey some of the activities that would be held at their school.

"Woah! We're going to have a summer camp!" exclaimed Bella seeing one of the papers on the bulletin board.

But Lilac didn't seem interested in that at all, as her eyes were currently looking at a piece of paper pasted to the end of the bulletin board.

"Scholarship," said Lilac suddenly.

Bella turned. "Huh? I'm not talking about scholarships. I'm talking about summer camp," said Bella.

Lilac shook her head. "No, look..." Lilac pointed at the yellow paper pasted to the bulletin board.

"Ah... our school is holding a scholarship program to Japan this year," said Bella when she saw the paper.

Lilac turned to look at Bella. "Japan?"

Bella nodded. "Yes, so the student who graduates with the best grades will receive the scholarship. However, only one person can get the scholarship," explained Bella about the scholarship program.

As Bella explained to Lilac, it was a scholarship program to Japan to be able to study at one of the top universities in Tokyo.

Bella then looked at her watch. "Come on Lilac, the bell will ring soon," said Bella and then walked away because the school bell was about to ring.

But Lilac ignored Bella's words, she was still standing in front of the bulletin board with her eyes still fixed on the yellow paper. Lilac then took hold of the paper. "I'll get this scholarship. This is mine," said Lilac ambitiously with a smile on her face.
