"It's just that Alene crashed into this tree."
"Okay!"
"And Ned! Bring her some clothes."
"Return quickly. They are waiting for us. We need to move." Ned informed him about the urgent next step in the planning of war.
'How fast did they prepare?' Frank thought.
"Tch! Is it soon?" He asked.
"Yes! Hurry up."
Ned leaves and Frank turns to Alene.
She was holding tree bark covering herself, hiding behind that fallen tree.
"Come! Let's go." Frank shouted.
'How pervert! Can't you see that I am naked.' She thought.
Slowly moving upwards, she came out feeling awkward and shy.
"Look the other way." She shouted.
"Huh?! Oh! Okay. But haven't I seen you before? What's this for? Hehe."
Frank teased her and giggled softly.
'A true pervert. Just wait! It's a noted revenge.' She sneered lovingly.
Her gaze fixed on the back of his head, they walked slowly out of the woods.
"Alene! Wait here. I'll send Martha with your clothes."
He left Alene in the front end of woods hidden and ran off to the campsite.
Looking around, Alene dawdles and thinks of how adventurous her life would be if it stayed like this forever.
'I hope no new problem comes.'
"Aaaah!"
As she was not even finished praying, for nothing bad to happen, a loud scream from camp's direction rang out.
'What is it? What happened this time?'
Her heart raced and her body sweated as hell from thinking of all the bad things which had already happened, and calm composed appearance vanished and panic reigned.
A strong and powerful aura blew in all directions and her fear turned into anger. Usually glowing white and blond hair turned red like blood.
Everything around her turned dark and lifeless. A large cloud of dark dust and blood droplets from animals and birds, formed around her. Her usual icy-blue eyes turned black and she lost her control and consciousness over her own body.
'Swoosh!'
Her body lifted in the air engulfed within that cloud and flew towards the direction, the sound of scream rang out.
Whole body, covered in blood armour and black dust with mysterious goo-like material, looked like a warrior from hell.
As she moved towards the camp, her aura grew and blood rained. In the sky, hundreds of feet above the ground, she stood with all her power exuding from her body.
Meanwhile, from inside the tent, Emma sensed the power and dashed outside.
Blood raining from the sky, it was a magnificent scene for a vampire but every other werewolf around felt hostility and enmity from the aura of the person flying in the sky.
'Blood Moon!'
Emma's eyes grew wide. She thought of who could do this.
'No one in the vampire kingdom can do this. Then who? Ah! Huh?! Is she…?'
Suddenly Alene's thoughts crossed her mind and she felt puzzled.
'If she is really up there in the sky… Oh no! She is out of control. Is she unconscious? I have to hurry.'
She thought and urgently moved near.
"What are you doing?" Nathan shouted from behind.
"That which is needed right now." She answered hurriedly.
Emma raised her both hands out towards the sky.
Her eyes glowed golden but soon they turned black and a black haze started to come out of her body.
Soon sweat dripped like a river and that black cloud of dust and blood rain stopped, but Emma dropped to her knees.
'It's too powerful. Ha! But I like it.'
She is having a hard time stopping the power from above.
"Haaa!" But she increased her power and all of the dust and black cloud and haze flying in the air paused.
"Noooow! Calm down." She shouted, exerting all her strength.
Everyone around, including Frank and Ned, stood amazed and shocked.
Ned, who had never seen such a powerful display, couldn't believe his eyes.
On the other hand, Douard, who only learned about it in the stories and books, looked at the sky with a beatific expression on his face and his eyes glowed in admiration.
His eyes fixed on Emma and her power.
'The Lord never ceases to amaze me.' He thought.
His gaze glided from her to the sky, on the figure revealed after black cloud dissipated.
'Huh?! is she…? What? Alene is there.'
A rampage in his thought rang and he couldn't believe that The Lord is having a hard time controlling Alene's power.
In an instant after that, Emma sucked everything from around Alene within her.
Her gaze seemed satisfied and her face felt satiated. She licked her lips and looked at her own hands and breathed in the cold air blowing around.
'This feeling. I have waited for ages.' She thought.
'Tremble!'
But suddenly, her body started to react weirdly and bulge. A surge ran throughout her body and she fell to the ground, her face down.
Placing her hands on the ground and holding her knees straight, she let out a loud cry.
"Aaaaargh! I can't let it go to waste." She shouted to herself.
"haaaaa!" She raised her vampire out and absorbed every remaining power she ingested from Alene before.
"Ha! ha! Now… I ca… can rest… aargh!"
She lost consciousness and fell asleep that instant.
"Emma!" Nathan shouted and ran towards her.
Alene in the sky started to fall. Seeing the person in the sky fall, Frank hurriedly ran towards it but it suddenly paused.
'What?! How can that happen?'
He was shocked to see someone flying in the air even after losing all of their power.
Nathan held Emma in his arms and brought her inside the tent and placed on the bed slowly.
"You've done yet again a great thing, my friend."
he spoke to her, stroking her forehead and flipped her hair aside.
'You couldn't save Matilda but it didn't happen that way this time. You didn't fail. So, she won't be mad.' Nathan thought.
A tear tumbled off of his cheeks and wiping it off, he went outside.
'Glow! Glow!'
Emma's mark glowed again.
