chapter 1 :Trip

Date: 22nd March of year 2023

AMIERA

i woke to a fine morning, nothing happened out of the ordinary. I woke up late as usual , the problem was we had a trip to some mountains starting today . My school never planned something , it was unusual . but something bother me more . buzzz ..... buzz. i heard my mother shouting , "Your alarm is ringing , shut it and get out of your bed! u will be late!!". I woke up to her shouting at me and saw the time . it was late. i knew i will miss the bus at this rate. i washed up , and ran out with my bag and cycle to catch up to the bus. We were allowed to bring cycle today because we were going for a trip . i peddled really hard , and got on the bus at the next stop . My friends were laughing , seeing me this late was very new for them . it is understandable, my father was not at home because of some family emergency . Melvina , my friend who gets on from the same stop , have trouble being with people, she had a lot of thing , learning disorder , anxiety, but still she was brave enough to always stand for a friend. Her mother gave her some extra drinks and medicine . She showed me all and i memorized them in a minute. Waiting for our friend -Meirin . I noticed how bloody pink the sky looked. I had a feeling something was going to be terribly wrong.

MEIRIN

Something was really wrong. i woke up late , packed up late , got scolded but was on time for the bus .I got on the bus and saw my friends , half of the gang was here. Our annoying juniors as well . Nothing great was given on the news. I met up with Ameira. The moment i stepped on the bus, she starting ranting about her new experiment . This girl , loved anything you gave her to work on . A science freak and a total psycho, if anyone wanted some explosive, this girl is ready with everything in her hand . Ameira is what you would call perfect other than beauty. Although she didnt scored the highest surprisingly is able to help half the class at ones , she had information on almost anything. But today we had an awkward silence after she was done explaining whatever she wanted. She continued writing something down . I noticed that Melvina siting in a corner dozing off early in the morning, also noticed that Ameira's hair came down to her shoulders now and it is the first time in years i have seen her hairs tied up . I asked looking at the sky which looked really dark pink , closer to red , " What do you think will happen next" . Ameira answered in a serious tone looking up the sky "Dont know..... Maybe we are near the end ? " i noticed that she was writing something about making some smal explosives. She closed the diary and stood up. Took her bag and said " we are almost there , taking my bag before hand ". I see that her bag i larger than her normal bag, and probably filled with all the useless stuff which she called precautions. Man ! this girl had a screwdriver box in her bag for those "just in case". We got to the school real quick , she stepped down first, and took out our bicycles. I woke Melvina up and Ameira came back up took her bag and stepped down . "Hurry up you slowpokes! How much more time will you both take coming down??
