As we continue down the steep hill, Freddie yells at Ryder that traffic is dead ahead! I don't dare open my eyes. I am beyond frightened!
Ryder starts to swerve in and out of traffic. I hold onto the door tightly, feeling a wave of nausea.
Ryder beeps the horn, causing me to open my eyes. There are now pedestrians trying to cross the street.
They have the green light!
A few pedestrians see us and run across the street, swearing while others dive out of the way!
Suddenly, a silver car pulls up right beside Ryder.
Wait a second!
It's the woman from the storm! The blonde! She is looking right at me, smiling. Ryder turns his attention to her when she blows him a kiss.
The woman then swerved and hit us. The sound of crushing metal makes me cover my ears. It is an awful sound. I don't think I could be any more terrified!
Ryder tries to swerve away, but there are only two lanes. He doesn't have enough room to maneuver.
