The police and officers of justice constantly attempt to balance peace in the city. Among them are W. P. D - Worcester Police Department; a station in the city, Worcester, that handles violent crimes ranging from theft to murder. The precinct has seasoned officers in the persons of Choi Daniel, Russell, Wysa, Ria Darwin - Henderson, Choi Janice, Hannah Joakim, Pete Andrews and Kingsley Chioma.

It is a place known to welcome people from all over town. On August 17th every 2 years, a large fair is held. Even celebrities come to that part of town to help in various activities such as fortune telling, coin karaoke and circus entertainment. 


Ria fell in love with the place a year ago after she met Choi. Their fortune had been read by an old folk singer to be "Entangled in love". Ria had thought it was meant to be but Choi wasn't interested in dating anybody not until he found out she was the daughter of a politician. Janice had convinced him to go with Ria but he had refused. So that very August 17th, Ria asked him out and he finally agreed. 


This was the beginning of an unrequited love and slowly, it's becoming a blossoming relationship but it seems Ria must have been giving the wrong fortune card.
