THIRTY FIVE: SIGNS

[SHAIRA's POINT OF VIEW]

"What do you want for breakfast?" I asked him with my lazy voice as I turned my back on him.

"How about I prepare breakfast in bed for you?" He's hugging me from my back, but I shoo him away.

"I want bacon," I said as I slammed my face on a cotton pillow.

All of a sudden, the phone on top of the bedside drawer is ringing. I glanced at his phone and asked myself, 'Should I check it? or Should I do nothing?'

I may be his wife, but still, I have no right to undermine his privacy. In every relationship, privacy is something that both couples should respect.

I sighed and took one last glance at his phone. I have seen this stage in the magazine I bought. I know this is insane but those signs are driving me nuts. Hence, if he gets mad if I touch his phone, another point will be added to the signs.

I never tried touching his phone, it's not like he forbade me, I just don't engage in such action.
