This whole quest at the end pointed at this group of child traffickers present in the city, when he was in the game in previous life and used the public game centre it took him an entire month to solve the mystery of the lost child and got here where he is now.


This group of child traffickers sells the children to the slave traders and nobles from outside the island in order to get money, he wasted a whole week observing their all habits for him to attack them and free the children caged here.


He could just go to the police officers to get their help with this but they can't do anything without concrete evidence about this gang and even if he did provide them with this due to the nature of the game it will be considered a party for this quest even if it is NPC and rewards will be distributed amongst them which he didn't want to happen.
