Chapter 133 - The First Klavigar

After the battle, Ryuu looked down at his defeated enemy. He gained a lot of experience and reached the 100 level of his Ronin job and awakened a lot of magic skills after having met the requirements. Even fighting just a General rank monster would be enough to reach the cap but Ryuu didn't mind it and had more opportunities to level later.
Though, he was extremely fortunate that his enemies are not Holy beings that have Holy or Divine power that could be fatal to him. Ryuu's may be immortal doesn't mean his unkillables as they're too much waste for him to be killed and the main one is Holy Attribute due its power to damage him even how weak it is.
It was his natural enemy and could disrupt his connection with the monsters. Additionally, erasure and other similar powers could put him out of commission for some time.
Frankly there are many ways to defeat Ryuu and one is a completely isolated barrier where he couldn't even head to another body or absolute severances where his connection can be sliced. Luckily, his overpowered [ Intuition ] makes him avoid such scenarios.
"You look more like a devil than I am."
Lucifer appeared behind looking at his appearance that had monstrous carapace and armor that was made from flesh. It was an amalgamation of eldritch abomination that was constantly moving and changing.
"Perhaps I am a devil. Though as long as I have some semblance of my humanity then I am human."
Ryuu turns to look at her, showing his conviction to remain human. He didn't want to start becoming heartless and will forever have his morals. Though, his standard is simple enough where long no one messes with him then swift death is their reward while those who do shall face agony.
He won't aim at the innocent and even aim to liberate some from suffering in the future. Unknowingly making his own religion and worshiper back on earth.
"Perhaps I am the same as you…"
Lucifer mutters to herself thinking about how she still had a semblance of her former angelhood even how hard she denies it.
"That aside, we'll have a large feast after this. The monarch seems to be starting to take action."
Ryuu said seeing that they sent a Marshal to kill him but it was obvious that they don't view them as a threat and only sent a Marshal when they could send a Grand marshal. He was unsure if he'll survive fighting one since he's going to be worrying about the others when they face one.
They still need a few more jobs to actually have a chance in winning or it will all be up to Lucifer. Ryuu still needed to minimize the damage done from the war and he already sent a few of his Evolved to be on standby.
"That aside…."
Ryuu turned his attention back to the Marshal rank monster still had lingering will but he started to overpower it. If they were a spiritual body like ghosts then it would take a while but Ryuu could still infect them.
He looked down with his glowing blood soaked eyes reaching out touching the corpse of the Marshall Rank before reddish flesh began to infect the corpse, even the soul of the monster because Ryuu wanted to have everything. He'll at least give the General to Trese and turn into her shadow soldiers.
Ryuu smiled when it began to move and gave a vicious roar, holding its axes that had flesh and eyes. He gave it some abilities that could transmute flesh like he did.
"I didn't expect it to rise and become stronger than before…"
It grew smaller and more human yet still had the ability to transform. Its power seems equal or at least close to a Grand Marshal rank. Its appearance is still the same with horns on its forehead and cheeks. He also had an eye in the middle of his forehead.

It spoke in a baritone tone gaining at the utmost devotion kneeling down. Ryuu could see that he is connected to it yet still retains his will and can be independent on their own but their loyalty and devotion cannot easily be broken.
"Interesting…do you have a name?"
Ryuu now worried what to name it since he was horrible at naming. The only one who gives great names is Justine.
{ I do not nor do I wish to remain what I once called. I have been reshaped and reformed, liberated from my imperfect form. Lord had gifted me a new and shall serve. }
Hearing it speak truly made Ryuu smile and began to think deeply about what name he should give.
"Orok…yes…that could work quite nicely. You shall be known as Orok, the horned beast and one of the Klavigar."
Ryuu just spouts some names that seem eldritch and perfect for the group Sarkist. He somewhat foresees that Grand Sarkist Ion will help many people. Unknowingly, created a massive religion out of him.
With a burst of energy it felt overjoyed from finally officially joining his legion. He looked at Ryuu with full devotion in his eyes.
{ I am overjoyed for the name you gave me and shall not disappoint. The Marshal of the monstrous humanoid is gone and its place is the Klavigar Orok. }
It spoke, letting Ryuu nod before binding it back into his [ Hivemind ] to be sent later when the time was needed. Ryuu then checked up with the others where Lucifer followed.

Woo Jin-Chul was standing outside the gate thinking deeply.
'it's been 2 hours since they have gone in. the gate should be cleared by now….did something happen inside!?'
He didn't understand why it was taking them so much time for 2 S Rank hunters to clear an A Rank gate. He thought that something must've happened so he requested some backup from Hunter's guild and Yoon-Ho guild as they were preparing for a raid nearby as this is the matter related to 2 S-Ranks he didn't hesitate to ask for back up. He has also changed into his hunting gear and was waiting for the raid team led by Choi Jong-In and Baek Yoon-Ho to come alone.
After another 10 minutes, they both arrived. Jin-Chul looked at them who were already geared up and ready to go.
Choi Jong-in wore a suit of goldish-brown and white color with a flowing red cape and a set of eight rings. He was
followed by two members from the raiding party.
Baek Yoon-Ho came as he wore black armor with yellow shoulder guards, gray pants, and a set of golden claws. Woo Jin-Chul looked towards them and said,
"Thank you for coming at such short notice."
"It's alright because I know how capable Hae-in is. If she is late then something must have happened and there is the new S-Rank too we can't let lose them. So here I am."
Choi Jong-In said smiling.
'And I can have that new S-Rank owe me a favor as well.'
"It's ok let's go, we shouldn't waste more time here."
Said Baek Yoon-Ho as his voice was serious he had witnessed the power of the new S rank himself which is why he came so quickly thinking if it could threaten him it would be disastrous if it was unleashed in Korea.
"Ok, let's go then."
Woo Jin-Chul said as he entered the gate. And everyone followed him once inside. Yoon-Ho went in the front with Jin-Chul with Jong-in behind them. The other A rank hunters followed behind them making sure they weren't any enemy.
After 40 minutes they were still walking and didn't find any Magical beasts. They did find multiple dead bodies of beasts there were two types one with many cuts and one with a single they usually had their heads cut off.
But then they suddenly felt the waves of mana that made it hard for them to breathe and the 2 A-Rank were trembling. Choi Jong-in was shocked.
'Fucking hell you're telling me this is a normal A-Rank gate, the magic I am feeling is already over top-tier A-rank gates. '
He thought as he shouted. As he shouted.
"We need to hurry up. It is near us. There must be fighting, we should hurry."
Everyone nodded as they stabilized their senses and went towards the source as after 5 minutes they exited and were dumbfounded when they found the aftermath of the battle.
Their jaws dropped seeing craters and monsters that could easily overpower them were littered on the ground while they saw a group of girls seem to be exhausted.
'They killed all of this monster!?'
