Chapter 162 - Nothing

Jin-woo contemplated if he should accept the offer or not but decided that it would be worthwhile and he felt that it would be nice to have some friends to hang out with. He doesn't know why he felt compelled to accept it but didn't see anything wrong about it. 

This was all because of a side effect of [ Essence of the Harem protagonist ] where they would feel close to the person holding it when a family member is going to be part of him and would somewhat feel compelled to accept their relationship. 

It is subtle but it is there and this is much more noticeable when a large impact happens to increase his influences. Her sister was eager to meet the man who helped them be whole again, always asking what kind of person he was.  

Jin Woo was a bit worried that he'll get his sister into his harem but thought harder and realized that she would be safer when she befriended his woman. His unaware how ridiculous his thoughts process are and just feel it was normal.

He brought his girlfriend, Joo hee and was thankful for Ryuu for slapping some sense on his own relationship with women around him. Jin woo often forgets that he has changed completely and attracts quite a lot of women around him. 

They soon arrived at the entrance of the mansion and were greeted by two women who had unique hair color, one had long, black, and wavy.

It reaches just below her waist, turning a flame-orange color as it passes her elbows, and appears to be crimped into large, straight ridges, worn side-swept drastically to her left. 

The other was a bit older that had the same motherly aura as his mother having long dark green hair and eyes. 

"You must be the Sung family that Ryuu mentioned. Come in. My name is Kie Kamado, here is my daughter Nezuko Kamado.."

"Hi, it's soooo nice to meet you! Hey you're the shadow guy right? Say the thing!"

Nezuko went closer to Jin Woo who stepped back a bit surprised by her action

"Sorry don't mind her. Nezuko stop."

"Ah sorry, well it's nice to meet yah! Hope we can be friends!"

Nezuko held out his hand to Jin-Ah who smiled, shaking it feeling some sort of connection to her that she couldn't explain while her father il-Hwan remained quiet observing them extremely protective of his family. 

"Dear, hope you've got enough stored into your memories."

Kyung-hye said releasing a scaring aura that is called the Asian power that cause her husband to shiver.

"Wait your misunderstanding something I was just….well just…"

"Hmph, no need to explain. Just make sure you won't do it again or you'll be sleeping on the couch."

"Y-Yes mam!"

Kie finally finds someone who she can relate to. The girls are kind and fun to be around but she feels out of place and seeing Kyung-hye made her finally find someone that she can connect with. 

"Please follow me, my dear is just grilling in the backyard."

"Thank you for having us."

Kyung-hye smiled seeing another rmother and though she finds it unusual that someone has a relationship with a man that had multiple women in modern day and she could tell that they were satisfied and happy. She was open minded with this kind of thing and doesn't judge them for it. 

Not to mention, it's been understandable considering the population had been dwindling since the dungeon break started happening. 

"You're Japanese right? How come you speak Korean fluently?"

Jin-Ah curiously asked walking beside Nezuko. 

"Ryuu taught us. He taught us many things, even how to use magic!"

She whispered, trying to enticed her into joining their ranks. 

"Taught you magic? I thought it could only be done when you become a hunter."

"If you're curious he can teach you."

Jin-Ah was curious even more after hearing her suggestion. Jin Woo wanted to intercept their conversation yet something telling him not to. 

Before long they arrived where Jin-Ah was greeted by a group of women wearing bikinis and bodies that made even models jealous. She couldn't help comparing her body and felt a bit jealous then saw someone that caused her heart to beat and blush. 

It was a person around the age of his brother or older that exuded an enticing and mysterious atmosphere. He gave a friendly smile making it appear harmless yet his blood soaked eyes that shouldn't be visible from a far yet she was able to see it clearly showed unbelievable charm. 

He had long black hair reaching his shoulder that didn't look as if he was an emo and complimented his atmosphere. The most attractive thing is his shirtless body wearing only an apron to cover his body. He approached them with a spatula in his hand having been grilling that made their stomach growl.

Kyung-hye looked at her daughter's flabbergasted reaction and immediately understood what's going on. Normally people wouldn't give their daughter to someone with a harem yet her instinct as woman tells him there's no better than him to be with his daughter.

'Kie said that he was quite the cook and exuded the perfect husband material.'

She thought to herself giving a nod that went unnoticed by her husband and about to retaliate when Kyung-hye glared at him to stop. They are nothing more scary than a strict wife and mother. 

Ryuu told them to feel at home as he was still finishing up grilling and asked Justine to bring the other dishes along with the alcohol. They took a bite of the food and was amazed by the taste causing Kie and their other woman to take pride for having Ryuu. 

He denies the flattery since it was just his skill but Kyung-hye as a mother just found the perfect husband for his daughter. Ryuu spoke humble and friendly as well as playful teasing Jin Woo. 

As [ Plague Guider] it doesn't only affect those who are sick but also those who could potentially be sick and since a human body is always sick then it affects everyone causing a sense of unity. It is also the effect of the Harem essence. 

Few minutes later, Ryuu and other guys were just drinking and sharing their thoughts while the women were talking about girl stuff. Jin-Ah intently listened to how they described their relationship with Ryuu. 

Lucifer didn't join since she isn't particularly romantic nor does she understand it. Her feelings for Ryuu is sexual but will do everything for him. The same goes for Erza since she still doesn't have any feelings for him since she still has things to settle with Jelal. 

Jin-Ah was getting along with the girls that was rather surprising and treated like one of them. Meanwhile, Ryuu awkwardly smiled when the two men who drinking with him was looking at with murderous intent. 

'Well….I'm fucked.'

A few weeks after the Pool Party, Jin-Ah finds herself often visiting them alone being invited by Nezuko. She got closer to Ryuu and the girls while Cha Hae-In still hadn't taken the step and was waiting for the right moment.

"Ryuu, can you teach Jin-Ah how to gain magic?"

Nezuko asked to find Ryuu who was sparring with Erza when they arrived. Jin-Ah blushed when she saw his shirtless body showing his muscles in full display.

Ryuu lived in the Philippines where temperatures are high and had the habit of wearing tank tops or just remaining shirtless. He doesn't sweat anymore but it has become a habit now.

"Can't you teach her?"

He said while grabbing some water to drink where Jin-Ah and Cha Hae-in who followed behind them were looking at him with quite the thirst. 

"But it wouldn't be the same if you do it."

Ryuu was then hugged by Nezuko knowing that she was planning to turn to look at Jin-ah asking if he was sure that she wanted to learn and immediately said yes. He nodded and a few minutes later instructed her on how to properly grasp mana instead of forcing it like hunters do. 

[ Jin-Ah acquired Nothingness Magic ]

It didn't take her long when she felt mana churn. Then Ryuu heard the notification wondering why he was able to see her magic and found her name in the Harem system.
