The news of crimes and media criticism on police is spreading like wildfire in news. People are even scared to go out of the house.

IN BOSTON POLICE STATION

"What the hell? even the media is roasting us in their news. " The chief yelling at the officers in meeting room. "Sir we are trying our best to find the killer, but I think we need more support" the head officer Stephen replies. "What you mean by support?" the chief asks.

" Sir, I think detective Adam is right for this case, since he solved many mystery cases in the past. And also, I think that these murders are interlinked" Stephen replied. The chief sighs and says, " Okay I'll arrange a meeting with Adam and ask for help, since he is the only person who can solve this case. "Then the meeting dismisses, and everyone went out of the room.

The chief dials number in his phone and calls. Then, the call is received by a person, "Hello chief, how are you?" the person asked, "I'm good Adam, but this city needs you now" the chief replies. "What happened chief? why you need me there?" Adam asked. "You come here first, and we will discuss about that problem." the chief replies. "Okay I will be there in 2 days" Adam replies and hangs up the phone.

After two days, Adam arrives at BOSTON police station and asks for chief cabin. Then he arrives at chief cabin and enters in, the chief is going through a file. "Chief I'm here" Adam said while sitting on a chair opposite to the chief. " you're here Adam". Adam just nods his head and asks him to continue speaking. Then chief started to talk about the previous 3 crimes and that fire accident.

" The first case happened on August 20, a 27-year-old man, William was killed brutally by someone, he had more than 50 cuts on his body, but his dead body had no blood and report says that he was tortured to death. And the second case was happened on August 25, a 32-year-old woman, Dayana was killed by torture. She was tortured by plucking out her eyes, her lips were stitched, and her nails were removed. As same as first case she had no blood in her dead body. Then the third case happened on August 30, a 19-year-old boy, Lawerance was killed by someone, he was frozen to death. He was kept in a deep freezer for long time and only his face was covered by a plastic bag and his dead body also had no blood in it. And this fire accident, I think you already know about that since the media is talking about that incident nonstop. Nearly 25 people were died, and the cause of the fire is still unknown." the chief said.

" Now what I have to do?" Adam asks. The chief stands up from his seat, walks towards Adam and extended his hand then tells " Let's have a collaboration and find the killer." Adam slightly smiles and stands up from his seat and joined hands with chief " Okay let's do this." both shakes their hands. Suddenly Adam asked for other evidence they have collected, and chief says " In all the crime scenes, we found a book called EVAPORATION which is written by Jeff Woodhouse. and also, the three murders are happened exactly how he wrote in his book.'

"Do you think that author is the killer?" Adam asked, chief nods his head as no and says, " Then there is no need for him to expose himself in all crimes and why a killer would leave evidence about him obviously." but Adam is not convinced by this, so he asks chief to arrange an investigation session for author and he want to investigate the author himself. and the chief also accepted that it and arranged a session.
