 Quick Explanation: Kobo in the world of One Punch Man, just her, or an annoying Kusogaki with her appearance.

Her powers? Well, let's see shall we?

▪︎ The more annoyed at her, you get, the stronger she will get in response to it. Her power works as a passive that multiplies its effect, and if you get annoyed once while getting more and more of such feelings directed to the girl, her power will increase as well. There are no limits, she just keeps getting stronger and stronger but gets increasingly tired the higher scale of strength she grows...

▪︎ If she also gets angry or annoyed herself the power will activate and push itself to grow but on a way smaller scale that will still be a notable increase, such as being an augmentation enough for her to destroy a building or more depending on how angry/annoyed she is at the said moment.

▪︎ She can choose to use said strength she gains or not; For example, if she starts an argument with someone, but doesn't want to fight, she'll be getting stronger since the other person might get annoyed at her but that doesn't mean she wants to kill that someone, so she will not use it.... probably.

▪︎ But a valid thing to keep in mind is that all of this growth is just a power-up state, she can be super strong, but when she either stops or runs out of steam Kobo's strength goes back to that of a child independent of the type of power she had active before.

▪︎ It's unknown what she can accomplish at higher levels of power, but she could potentially develop even further abilities because of her Monster Genes and 'Biological dad'.
