Chapter 10: "Who are you?"

After a couple of minutes of riding a train. They have arrived at their destination.

"I'll go ahead… take care Laila…"

"Take care father…"

As his father said it. He sent a death glare to Jester. And walks away leaving them together.

"Let's go Jester…"

"Yes…"

As they continue to walk to her working place. Laila began to talk to Jester.

"So what are you doing these past few days?"

" Just ordinary days, I guess… "

" I see…"

"How's your work? I bet you didn't strain yourself… Besides, you are still not fully well..."

"Don't worry I won't abused my body… And you may not know it... But as you can see I'm kind of strong..."

Jester was at lost for words. And a laughter came to him.

"Strong... With that small body... I don't think so..."

"Why are you laughing?!"

"Now who's talking? With that body I don't think so…"

" Are you underestimating me?"

"No... Just telling the truth… Besides, for a girl like you…It's just normal…"

"Excuse me!!!"

"Your a lady..."

"So what if I'm a lady?! Does that mean were not strong..."

" No I didn't mean that..."

"Then what?!"

Then he remembered the princess. He remembered how powerful and strong the princess.

"I'm not underestimating you... Beside I've known a women that was strong... "

"A woman? Does she say a woman? So he has met a woman like that..." she said to herself.

"So this woman... How is she..."

"She's a woman that I look up to... "

Laila was upset seeing that Jester have someone to look up to. 

"But she's different to you... Your strong in your own way..."

Laila was upset again by his speech.

"And your much more important to me... I will protect you with my life..."

Laila was speechless. 

"Your beautiful Laila... You body is just perfect just the way it is... I can't imagine you with muscles..."

"Stop thinking of it! Or even dare to think of it!"

"Hehehe"

After a while of talking they have not noticed that they have already arrived at their destination.

"I see we're here now… Thank you for spending time escorting me all the way here…"

"It is my pleasure…"

"But…"

" That way of speaking… I will let it slip for now… But there won't be a next time, understood! Hmph!"

"Wait!"

Jester was left there standing. Dumb founded.

"Looks like I pissed her off this time..."

"Oh! It's you again… Did you escort Laila here…" It was Gabi Laila's co - worker.

"Yes… I'm with her just a while ago…"

"I see... (What a love birds)"

"Hey! I just remembered me and Laila and the other are going karaoke tomorrow... Would you come with us?

"Karaoke? (What's that?)"

"I won't take no for an answer..."

"Ok... But..."

"Then it is settled... but before I go let me get your number..."

Jester gave his number unknowingly.

"Done... Thanks... Bye!"

"Bye..." He said while feeling exhausted.

"What a cheerful women... Just talking to her makes me feel exhausted..."

Then he left the building. And start to walk home.

As he walk home he think of his future in this world. Although he wants to go back he don't know how.

But this is not bad. For there is Laila in this dimension.

When he got back home. He asked Mr. Joe for help. 

"Mr. Joe do you have free time today?"

"Why did you ask? Did you need anything?"

"Yes... My memories are still not coming back... But I don't want to be a burden to you any more... So I'm thinking of what should I do now..."

"As I said you can stay here so don't worry about that..."

"I'm really thankful for your kindness... But I can't always bring you trouble... I must learn to stand on my own... Can you help me Mr. Joe?"

"I see then... Since you have no memories of your own... And no valuable things like record it would be difficult... For you to survive here you must have records..."

"What kind of record is that?"

"Some papers that will proof your identity..".

"Can I get that paper here..."

"It will be hard since you don't have any memories..."

"I see... But can you please show me some examples... Maybe I can remember something..."

Joe show him the papers. But this time Mr. Joe is suspicious about Jester's identity.

"Jester tell me the truth... Are you really a human from his world..."

Jester was surprised by the sudden question.
