Currently on chapter 102 of the story. Its not like the usual system boring stories at all. While it can't be compared to tier S stories like Lord of the Mysteries and Martial World, this story is right below at tier A. The mc is calm, wise, and rational. He is also not constrained by childish morals and instead does whatever he thinks is right. He is both ruthless and kind when necessary but not extreme. He is not op from the start. He does have a 'golden spoon,' but it is rarely used since it almost kills him every time. There are no harems or annoying women always pestering the mc either. Very solid book. I have to mention that I have been reading the Chinese version the one here may end up being changed.
Power is a human passion. The problem is when power is purely uncontrollable, destructive and chaotic, at least for the narrative. See the story of godzila if it were to adapt textually it would have enormous challenges. The premise of this book is that if it were visual it would have many elements but few written;
